I have been coming to this soa for over 2 years. My first experience was for dark spots on my face and my neck leaving me feeling extremely insecure. When I met with Patricia, she was calm, comforting, and professional. She asked me several questions and advised me of the pros and cons of removal. I was given an appointment within a week. The night after the process was done, Patricia followed up with me to see how I was feeling and urged me to come in for a follow up to be sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I was impressed to say the least. The customer service and sincere care was above any and all expectations I had. This process was long but rewarding. I was treated kindly, respectfully, and with extreme compassion. The end result was flawless and was one of my best investments to date. I no longer have to be self conscious and am confident in my results. I also am secure in knowing with certainty, should any spots return I have a resource to help me remove them and overcome the negative associations and feelings that come along with it. Patricia's emotional support during this process was touching. She cared and it was evident. I was complemented by my dermatologist on the work that was done and he suggested I continue to work with her should spots or skin tags reappear. I have no evidence of these spots or removal on my face or neck. I have been to Patricia several times since this procedure for other treatments and have not experienced anything less than described above. This spa is not only affordable for post op care, but Patricia and Miriam are super sweet and caring. I was very skeptical of where to go to for good post op, but Patricia knows her shit and is amazing and an expert when it comes to your body and helping it heal. I had a tummy tuck and my lower abdomin became very hard, but with Patricia's help my body is healing very nicely and the hardness has drastically reduced. This place is horrible. There are so many things wrong with it, I don't even know where to start. I was desperate to get my nails done, after my appointment was messed up at a different salon, and I wish I left and just kept looking for another place to get my nails done. The girl did not clean the bin, where you soak your feet, and she did not understand English, so I could not even tell her to clean it. I don't even think she change the towel that she had on the foot rest, since I did not see her bring a new one from any where, but I am honestly not even sure about that part. She didn't even clean off the old nail polish residue properly that was on my toenails and just started painting over it. I ended up getting three toes messed up and have been cleaning it with medicine for the last 2 days, after having to remove the nail polish to properly clean the nails out. She also claimed my nails were dry (after doing Gel nails), but they weren't and I was too far away to come back and get her to fix it. It was a total ripoff. After seeing my friends get them done, I realized she didn't even do the gel process properly to begin with and I was charged for french gel nails. I would NEVER recommend this place for nails. I don't even want to think about how unsanitary their other services may be. read more

Iv done my eyebrows here because I was thinking of giving it another chance. I had done my eyebrows here before and it was not great. I tried it again and it was worse. At least the First Time the lady I had was nice and sweet but the second time I went there, I had a different lady who thought she was all that. She made me feel uncomfortable being there because I felt like she was criticizing me. I got that vibe from her. She waxed my eyebrows and didn't even clean it off properly. I usually get a massage after getting my eyebrows done but she didn't do anything. She just waxed and charged me. The customer service was terrible. The place may look really nice and fancy but their customer service needs a lot of fixing. They charged a bit pricey so I'm staying with my original place to get my eyebrows done. read more

I recommend getting your nails done with Isabel! She's the best!!! She does such a great job and cares for your nails!! She uses great products. She doesn't do acrylics. Cash only unless you wish to quickpay her. Mani and pedi is super affordable $30. Her designs are amazing she's so talented. She works Monday- Saturday, she's off on Sunday's I've been going to her for as long as I can remember. Also she does wax, very professional. read more

On 5/13/16 my girlfriend went to her massage session and her belongings were stolen. This is how it happened: In order to get on the massage beds, she was told to remove her clothes in an improvised changing room and place her belongins in a chair which was not in the same room. As she got on the bed and finished the massage, she went to get her belongings in the room next door,and to her surprise, her cellphone was gone. My girlfriend remembers that there were only two customers, my girlfriend and another girl which finished earlier. As soon as my gf confronted the owner, she completely disengaged from any fault and proceeded to take another other customer leaving my stressed gf dealt with the situation . She completly disregarded the claims of my gf, locked herself in the massage room with the other customer and never came out. My gf, too patiently, waited for one hour! But she never came out. MY Gf had no other option but to leave and call the police to make a report. Since the owner never called my gf, Four hours later my gf called the owner to confront her and ask if the store was going to be responsible for the theft since there was a lack of lockers, changing rooms without security, etc. Owner said she wasn't going to pay for anything, but did agree to, in the future, provide a way to lock belongings. Cosmo bella lost a long time customers (3+ years)who spent thousand of dollars. Cosmo Bella completly mismanaged the situation, they missed the 101 rule of customer service and in the end they failed to satisfy their customers. It was a stolen cellphone but it could have been a wallet, a passport, a ring, or an irreplaceable belonging, so to whoever is reading this, please know that this place cares more about themselves than making a situation right, we hope they read this and improve their business model so this doesn't happen to anybody else. read more

I recently had my hair done there and it will be my last time going there! One of the ladies there never seems to listen or do what I ask her to do...I showed her pics of what I wanted and she ended up doing something totally different! I hate what she did with my hair! I'm only 42 years old and this cut makes me look so old! I have the haircut of one of the old ladies in Golden Girls! Now, I feel the only way to fix my hair is by getting a pixie cut! I am soooo dissapointed and I would not recommend anyone to get their hair done there. read more
