I've been to many facial places through Groupon and this was definitely one of the better ones that I actually go back to! After coming my first time, I bought a student package that was very reasonably priced $75 for 3 times. Afterwards, I got the regular customer package with 10 times for a higher cost. The facial was also tailored to my skin condition which was the acne one with micro current and a cooling mask. In addition, they have a bunch of add-on treatments for an additional price. My favorite is definitely the micro dermabrasion which feels like all the dirty stuff on my face is sucked away. It used to be $20 when I first came and now it is $25. I've tried the oxygen treatment before but did not like it because I have anxiety and difficulty breathing. The place is kept very clean and I feel very safe with the double doors since the inside one is locked and you have to get buzzed in. They also have a big and clean restroom. The only downside for me is the distance since it is a bit out of the way from my house. I usually have to take two buses to get here and they're located right on the Q58 line! As for the facial, it is kind of a short duration which is good if you're in a rush and you want to know exactly how long it will be - 1 hour 30 min! Included is a nice face and upper shoulder/back massage and eyebrow cleaning. The actual whitehead/blackhead extraction is kept short and sweet although each one is quite painful with the tool. My favorite parts are the micro dermabrasion, micro current, and the cooling mask in the end! They use a new filter for each client for the micro dermabrasion and you can see all the dead skin that gets sucked away. The micro current is a light electrical therapy that's supposed to close the pores and stimulate collagen production and a cooling gel is applied along with it. The cooling mask is a perfect way to end the facial while you get to nap for about 15 minutes. It's been a minute since I came back since I've been away for school and I'm glad I did sooner than later because they will be terminating all package deals by October 15, 2025! read more

Whoa, I don't get much treatments done on my facial by myself but I am so happy my sister suggested this place. The friendly staff is so welcoming and they listen to what your needs are prior to servicing. During the entire process they were letting us know what they were doing each step of the way and made sure we were comfortable. They even suggested the ear candling which we were skeptic of but we got it done. Not as bad as we thought it would be and very calming while they gave us a massage. I have been coming to this place for years. They are very affordable and provide great service. The multi-step facial includes extraction and they really make sure to clean the face. The staff is also super friendly. One of my complaints would be that not all staff do a thorough job. Some really take the time to help you glow while others do a more lazy job and the results aren't as good. They are also very pushy about adding on extra services to the point where the atmosphere becomes less relaxing and I wish they would stop. The only reason that I give it a 4-star is because I was in a room with 2 beds and there was already one person there. I prefer being alone. Came here during the summer for a Signature Facial with a Groupon. I haven't had a facial in...let's not talk about that. I don't even touch my face, so the thought of someone caressing my face was an uneasy feeling to begin with--but I was due for one anyway. Lily worked on my face for an hour and I totally recommend her. She made me feel relaxed and explained each step of the routine, what she was putting on my face and each of their purpose. The one thing I was annoyed with was the constant sales pitch of the microdermabrasion treatment. After much convincing, I suckered into her heavy sales pitch and coughed up the extra $25 for the microdermabrasion treatment and endured the sucking from the machine that felt like a dental saliva ejector. I'm sure it removed the tons of dead skin and gunk she said I supposedly had (and showed me while I was glasses-less), but it was totally worth it for the feeling because my skin was the softest it's ever been--like I-couldn't-stop-touching-my-face baby soft. The blackhead extraction felt like a weight--literally--lifted off my shoulders. My t-zone area is the worst and she really went all out to extract almost every blackhead she could. It was painful, but I trust that it's a lot better than my own skincare routine. The clay mask at the end certainly helped soothe the redness after all of all extraction, but it was messy; I had clay falling on my shoulders and chest and I was literally tilting my head backwards so wouldn't keep falling off my face. Another lady applied the mask on me because Lily had to go. This is the part where it actually makes sense for you to wear the tube dress gown they provide, but the piling on the dress does not make it any more comfortable! Despite being tired that day and looking forward to knocking out during the mask treatment, I wouldn't say that I was able to relax with the two teenage girls talking very loudly in the room next to me. The people here are actually nice, but the phone etiquette was a bit poor that I started to regret buying the Groupon because I was expecting service to be as bad as their phone manners. My mom & I decided we wanted to get facials today so we had found this place on Groupon. When I called to schedule the appointment they told me to not book it through Groupon and come in so they could see our faces & decide which facial would be best. As soon as we got there they were trying to sell us the more expensive facial packages. My lady tried to convince me to do microneedling when all I wanted was a basic facial w/ extractions. My mom & I decided on the "Gold Crystal Collagen Facial" which is $68 but on sale for $31. I got talked into getting an added microdermabrasion treatment for an additional $20. The facial was VERY blah, it felt more like a face massage with lotion. Also the microdermabrasion definitely wasn't worth it (coming from someone who used to get microdermabrasion & facials on the regular). The extractions were more painful then I am used to, my face started to bleed. They then put on the "Gold face mask" & left us alone in the room for about 20 minutes. Which I find interesting because anytime I have gotten a facial from anywhere else usually when they put a mask on your face they give you a scalp massage or do something else in the meantime, they don't just leave you in the room. It was so noisy in the hallway so the entire experience was far from relaxing. After about 20 minutes they came in, took the mask off & just like that it was over. The total came to $82 plus $10 tip. The guy at the front desk suggested we tip $20 which was very uncomfortable. ***Here's the hilarious part of it all... they tried to yet again sell us facial packages, we were nice & said we would think about it (in my head I'm like NO) They kept pushing it so I finally flat out said no thank you. Then they showed us the "Gold face mask" and try to sell us one for $20, we say no, they said "ok, we will give you a special for the Chinese New Year, buy one get one free"... I said no thank you. I took a picture of the mask on my phone when they weren't looking, went home and looked it up on amazon the SAME EXACT MASKS are on there 6 masks for $10.57!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME & MONEY. I bought a Groupon for a facial for the first time. They were super nice and friendly and accommodating with their scheduling. After my first appointment my face was super red but that's obvious cause of the extractions but after they insisted I buy multiple their facial package because it's a better deal which was around $100-$120 for 3 facials. At the time my face was going through a crazy period, I would get clogged pores often so I decide let's just go for it. So fast forward 3 facials later. My face didn't get any better but I don't know if I can personally blame them for this but I felt facials weren't going to help my skin so I didn't want to buy anymore facials. After I finished paying she said would I like to buy another 3 facial package and I kindly decline and she had the nerve to say "You need it. Look at your face, you should buy it." I felt embarrassed and shocked someone would say that to anyone. Here I am feeling self conscious about my face and she's going to call me out like that. This is super unprofessional. This was my first time coming to this place with my moms friend and the service was really horrible. First of all my appointment was at 1:00 they then told us to wait for one hour more. They kept talking us into buying more things and they keep asking for a large amount of tips. They keep adding on to the bill too. We asked that I get my facial treatment done by only women because we told them how it was uncomfortable for us and it's not allowed since we're Muslim women. We said if there isn't any women available then we'll schedule our appointment on another day . But she said that okay I'll do it. however towards the end a man came in and started taking off my facial mask and started adding more things to my face. I was overdue for a facial and when I noticed the great deal on Groupon for this place I decided to give it a shot. I called and was able to make my appointment pretty quickly. I arrived right on time and they were waiting for me and walked me to the back to a small room. The place was very clean which is a must for me since that says a lot about any type of salon. Friendly staff. Mostly speak mandarin, they know basic English. It's pretty cold in this place even though they give you a thick blanket. They give you these loose tube tops to wear and it's way too big. Staff was loud while I got my facial which made it a little unpleasant but I really enjoyed my service. I received a facial massage with a few steps including toner, serum and a massage with this machine to seal up what was opened with the steamer. They extracted my pimples with a metal spoon which hurt a little. Plucked some grown eyebrow hair and finished it off with a rubber mask. Lady told me it would take 20 minutes but they were closing so I feel like she left it on for maybe 5-10 mins instead. Nice spa it's better to use the yelp deal. They are very sweet and accommodating and I hate to give them a bad review but the facial wasn't that great. I didn't like that they asked me to consider buying a package deal for future facials before they gave me a robe to change into and then asked me again after the facial. There were barely any extractions which infuriates me because that's the point of my getting a facial. She suggested the microdermabrasion machine for an extra $20 and I said fine whatever. While she was using the microdermabrasion machine she was suggesting that I opt for a more expensive facial. Why? I just want a regular facial that is on your service menu for $35 and it includes extractions. That is all. I bought a deal off of Groupon a couple of weeks ago but I was so hesitant to use it because I had such a bad experience trying to use another voucher I had bought for another establishment that I had a very poor experience with resulting in me returning it to Groupon for a refund. I made an appointment yesterday and booked 6 pm. The lady over the phone suggested I arrive a little earlier since they do close at 7pm which was fine with me because I totally understand work times and I'm respectful of others times. I arrived at 5:45 pm...I checked in with the lady in the front and she told me to remove my shoes and replace them with sandals that were on the other corner. She walked me to a room where she gave me a top to change in. The place itself is spacious and clean. You can just tell when an establishment is well taken care of. As I was waiting for the person to come back in I could over hear the other people in the other rooms. I didn't mind it though.. I guess because i wasn't really expecting a relaxed environment. I don't find getting your pimples extracted off of your face very relaxing but I could see where it lacks at a massage point of view (which they do provide). The woman taking care of me was Lily. She was sweet and very informative of what she was doing. I enjoyed our conversation! I don't know why people don't like being spoken to I was extremely nervous since it was my first time getting a facial. Lily was very pleasant and she informed me in what was going on with my skin. Typical facials run for 50-100 and this place specializes in facials. Like most I got the groupon initially and then called to make an appointment. The first time I came i was brought into the joint room- that was kind of annoying. The second time I had my own room - I liked the privacy a little more. Ok so let's start with the facial itself- I added on the microdermabrasion for 20 dollars. It was worth it because it resurfaces my skin and leaves it soft. Next comes the facial massage, that's even better because they do your shoulders and neck. Then the extractions come- it will hurt. They ask how you're doing constantly and walk you through the treatments. Then an infrared light came, mask then moisturizer. The facial itself was great. My one gripe is that there's a lot of commotion going on outside of your treatment. Today especially- ladies on the phone with speaker on. another girl yelling saying she's just going to do an acne facial from across facial rooms. That was annoying especially when you're trying to zen out. At the end you pay- cash is king here or else they tax you on your purchase so make sure you bring cash. I love their essential facial package which gives you about an hour and a half of cleansing, face massaging, extracting, moisturizing, mask, etc. with a little but effective shoulder and neck massage. I always leave with smooth and radiating skin. Also, I used to have horrible clogged, visible pores but I noticed them gradually improving through continuous visits. Facial was okay, but the customer service was horrendous.... Purchased the groupon coupon for a 60 minute signature facial. Made an appointment for 5pm, arrived 5 minutes early and was told to wait until almost 5:30pm.... I was a little frustrated, but just ignored it and tried to enjoy my facial. The massage was amazing, though this was the only good part... After the massage I was asked multiple times to add on treatments, which would cost more. Once I was at the register to pay for the tax (not included on Groupon) I was pestered to do a $75 bundle for more facials. It's a good deal, but I politely said no and yet was pestered ever more to join and even offered to do a deposit for next time???? I understand offering promotional deals, but I do not appreciate being asked over and over again and made to feel awkward. Lastly and the worst part, was when I went to tip, she asked if I was sure that was enough and made me feel awkward for not tipping her enough... I would have gladly tipped more had my experience been better. Overall the facial was 3/5 stars, but the customer service made it 0/5. I have bad skin up close. Every aesthetician always comment the same thing. (Feels like telling a short person, she's short) Anyway that's how bad my skin is. There were a couple of cysts due to my hormones. Most aestheticians know that it's from hormones and usually they do not touch it. A corticosteroid shot is usually needed. The lady I had touched it and put so much pressure on my face. I did tell her to stop but probably said too late. My entire skin surrounding the cysts is now peeled, red and burning. I also didn't like how they touch the phone, doors, machines then touch your face. Now my face is all scratched up. Imagine the open wounds now get in contact with the germs from the phone and door. Last time I didn't have this problem and was really happy with the lady I had. Hence, the 3 stars. There are other incidents which I will refrain. I do not want the employee to get fired. read more

I started a very aggressive acne treatment for my facial skin and was looking for a great spa to start my skin care treatment close by my house and at affordable price. The fist time I went to EverGreen Beauty I was not expecting a lot. I was greatly surprise by everything. The spa is amazing!!! Clean fresh. All the staff are so friendly. Anna is the one taking care of my skin. I've been there three times already for my facial cleaning every three weeks. Anna treat me like a QUEEN literally. I feel renovated after my spa day there. I use to come to this place when it was on Grand street but now it's on Corona. Great for me because now it's way closer and if I'm even lazier I could take the bus there. I head of this place through groupon and like a good groupon-er I yelped it too see the reviews of this place. If you check in here for your first time your first facial free! It's a great deal and that is what prompted me to visit this place. The new location is much better because you don't have to walk up stairs and the environment seems more welcoming. They give you water or coffee while you wait and the people are super nice. If you wanted to grab a snack while you wait there's also a lot of places in the area where you can do that. I usually call to book an appointment because this place is pretty busy, especially on the weekends. I purchased their facial package because in the long run you save about $100 and a facial is something you want to do monthly to keep your skin looking smooth. Upon arriving you take of your shoes and try on their slippers. I'm not the biggest fan of this part. I would rather them have disposable slippers rather than me picking up slippers someone else probably wore. I always wear socks when I do this because I really hate feet. Then next you disrobe into this tank top dress. I'm also not the biggest fan of this. Although, they do change this dress so it's hygienic I would rather it be an actual robe rather than a dress. Upon sitting they sit you down and wash off your face. When I come to the racial I make sure not to wear any make up the day of and make sure it's all off. She then puts a lotion on me and all the products smell fresh and clean. I think there's some eucalyptus in some of them but I'm not sure. The people who work there give the best face massage I just wanted to fall asleep. The women also know how to give a massage. They can apply a lot of pressure on you so if they're going too hard just let them know! They give you an option after cleansing your face of microdermabrasion for an extra cost. I usually do this every time because I really do notice a difference and I think it makes the extraction portion not as painful. You then have steam on you for a long while as she massages you. Next comes the eyebrow shaping which I usually opt out of because I like to get my eyebrows threaded and I'm very particular about my eyebrows. Although, I'm sure they do a great job I'm just very specific. After the eyebrows comes the pimple and blackhead extraction. I don't know about you but this is why I get a facial because I really need someone to get in there and clean my skin up. I have a lot of stubborn black heads that I can't take out because I would honestly mess it up. Although the extraction part is painful AF the ladies try to make it as quick and painful as possible. They section of the face and when they are done with each section they apply a soothing gel on it. After, the soothing gel comes the high frequency which is suppose to kill bacteria and calm the skin. I love this part because it's painless and kind of like a mini massage. Then they put a mask on to reduce your pore size, calm/clean your skin and you lay or sleep there for about 20 minutes and they take it off. I really enjoy coming here because the prices are great compared to anywhere else and the ladies now what they're doing. I don't think they try to push their products on you as much as other places and I really respect that. The ladies also can talk to you the whole time or let you be which is what I usually do. They're very sweet ladies too. Although, the space is small and you sometimes won't get your own private room and sometimes you can hear chatter in other rooms I found the experience super serene. I usually just plug in my headphones during the mask and relax. They do other services besides facials like slimming treatments which sounds interesting. Absolutely the WORST facial experience I've ever had. The people here are rude, unprofessional and just dishonest as hell. So I bought three Groupon deals for essential glow facials, one for my mom, one for me and one for a friend. Two weeks prior to coming, I called to make sure I can use three of the deals for three people because I had bought it through one account, I also asked how much tax was because my mom and friend were coming with me and I wanted them to know how much money to bring. They informed me that everything was fine, so I proceeded to schedule a day for the facials. So the day comes, and I'm not going to lie, we were late. But, I had called them to let them know that we would be late and they said it was fine. We go, and literally as we are about to get the facial, (my mom and friend already have a mask on them), this woman who I think is the owner - she is short with short hair, says oh the Groupon deal does not apply to them, it only applies to you because you bought it through your account. Mind you, they had already marked my Groupon as redeemed, we are getting our facials done, changed into the robes and everything, and THEN she decides to tell us. I obviously get upset and I tell them, I called two weeks prior to ask about that and they told me it was fine but it's really messed up for them to redeem our passes, make us change, apply masks on our face and THEN tell us. She was extremely rude about it, sucking her teeth, she goes that's just the rules and I say fine. We end up doing our facials, even though she just wanted to get money for five facials instead of three. Whatever, I just say it's fine, if I hadn't bought three on my account this wouldn't have occurred anyway. So I brush it off and get my facial done. BUT, the owner literally did my facial with gloves on. My face was itching and super irritated the whole time, she didn't steam my face and told me she was only going to extract half of my face so the extractions hurt really bad. Not only that, she was making rude comments the entire time. She kept telling me that my scars were really bad, how she would make me pretty for my boyfriend, and the person who was doing my friends facial told him that she'd put a special mask on him, but "not your friend." She was talking about me. I'm like, what the hell? She also tried to come at my mom, my mom was in the other room but she spoke to me in Bangla to ask me a question and the owner goes, "does she not understand English?" That got me so upset. Like excuse me? She speaks and understand better English than you, and I most definitely told her that my mom speaks and understands English very well. The whole experience was terrible and I'm legitimately horrified. I'd never recommend this place to anyone. She didn't even give me the 20% off that I deserved! when you go over there you'll see that they have this sign that says if you bring someone with you, you receive a 10% discount. I brought two people and she didn't give me anything. Instead, I'm left here with marks on my face and just a overall bad experience, my friends skin has broken out also. Thankfully, Groupon was kind enough to give me back my money though and I definitely learned my lesson. Not every high rated place on Yelp is worth a try. I just don't understand how a owner could treat their customers like that.. do you not respect your own business? I'm so disappointed. I came yesterday (Sunday) around noon, and was assigned a room immediately. the technician's name is Summer. once hearing me speaking Chinese when walking in the store, she became very chatty, being comfortable speaking her mother tongue. she was friendly to begin with, asking me where I was from and where she was from, etc etc. then she started telling me repeatedly that I should come clean my face every 2 weeks routinely and tried to sell me the membership package. I appreciated her advice but she was repeating the same things over and over again. Eventually I got a little tired of interacting with her. i talked less but she kept going. At some point, i said i plan to come for facial once a month. she said, once a month is too long. i should go once every 2 week, blahblah..... i insisted, saying that i have other things to do on the weekends, once a month is a pace i feel comfortable... then you can't believe what she said! she called me a LAZY LADY!! i understand that they wanna chat with customers, to make them feel casual and comfortable, but there's should be a boundary of professionalism that you don't wanna cross, like calling your customer a lazy lady just because she doesn't wanna come as often as you wish. So, i stopped engaging with her afterwards. and it's about time she put on the mask and left me there for a while. while i was resting with the mask on, i felt relaxed and almost fell asleep, but it's very hectic outside, with people coming and leaving, talking and walking. it's hard to relax and enjoy a small nap in that environment. then midway during my mask time, she walked back in holding the Groupon printout, asking me how much i paid for it. i told her. she then said what i paid was so low, that she accidentally used the good serum reserved for the $88 package on me. i told her my package was exactly the $88 package. she insisted that for the price i paid, i shouldn't have received the serum treatment. WTF!! then she got close to my ear and whispered that "don't tell my boss about the serum treatment I gave you! i will get in trouble if she knows." First of all, why should i mention to her boss about it, and second of all, i bought the $88 package, then should get the serum!! from what she revealed, I get the impression that if you use a coupon to pay for a higher priced package, they don't use the high-quality ingredients that's supposed to come with the original package. Evil business!! i don't know why she acted that way, i suspected that she wanted me to feel privileged to receive the serum and hopefully give her a good tip. i feel disgusted by people who play tricks and manipulate others. i really hope this is not the case. i still ended up paying her a generous tip of $10 in spite of my suspicion of her motivation. BTW, a warning for fellow Groupon users, they charge $3 tax when you check out, in spite of the groupon payment. this had never happened to me before.... This morning, i woke up and felt my face still oily and sticky as before, didn't get the refreshed feel after a normal facial. Definitely won't come back to this business. read more

Come in here after finding them on Groupon the price was right so I figured I'd give them a try. The place was VERY clean they even made you take off your shoes. I got a back and regular facial the facial was very relaxing and they really take there time. It is a deluxe facial for a economic price. It included cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, eyebrow shaping, 2 kind of masks, red and green LED lights, toned, moisturizer and eye cream! It was very relaxing! Once you buy a package they don't value you as a first time customer. Absolutely horrible. Don't waste your time nor money. They lie about the packages and what the include and then while you are getting the facial they say this and that is not included and it's an additional charge. I rushed over for my appointment and argued with them for 17 minutes when the services they stated they will give were not provided. I had the signature facial done and boy was I satisfied. I think her name was Sabrina, she was really thought and took over and an hr and a half to get everything done. I was having a serious bout of acne and she took her time removing them and treating my skin. I left with clean, smooth and hydrated skin.
