We talked about what my hair goals are and recommended me on colors and products for my hair. The consultation took about 15-20 minutes. Eason then proceeded to book my appointment and give me an estimate of what my cost will be. I love this because I hate surprises. People may complain about the cost of doing hair is expensive, but you get what you pay for. During the whole processes of coloring my hair, Eason and his team would check on me to see how I am doing. Sitting in a chair for hours can be exhausting but trust the process! I booked online but followed up on the phone because I had some questions. The woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Ongele was also very friendly and easy to talk to. She has a very chill vibe. I showed her photos of what I thought I would like, but made it clear that I wasn't looking for a big change at my first appointment. She completely agreed with me and said she preferred to get to know me first. This was definitely going in the right direction. We chatted while she cut my hair and then she gave me some pointers on drying and styling it and when she was done....OMG! It was exactly what I wanted - actually no - it was better than what I wanted! I literally couldn't have been happier.
