First impressions: Pretty big store inside for the size it is. This place is inside a shopping center on River/La Cholla. Staff: Friendly and no issues there. They were very accommodating and attentive. Cleanliness: For a parts store I was thoroughly surprised of how well kept the store was. Granted I wouldn't hold them on this to much, but pleasantly surprised nonetheless. Value: I think the overall money I spent for the two air filters were about $50 and some change. For what its worth I think that isn't to shabby of a deal, considering what a dealer would charge you for air filters let alone the labor that is involved as well. Went into the store looking for an engine mount and was immediately greeted with attitude by an older woman with gray and blue hair. I know cars myself and I work at a place where I regularly work on cars, but this lady immediately started groaning and talking to me like I had no idea what I was talking about. I offered to show her my car since she didn't think I knew what car I was talking about, instead she sighed and said no and told me to give her my license plate number. Terrible customer service, I will not be going back to this place. IF you do go to this O'Reilly, avoid getting any advice or help from an older woman with gray hair and dyed blue bangs. UPDATE: Went to an Autozone only 5 minutes away and was greeted super friendly people and given the proper part and advice within 30 seconds, was in and out in no time. read more

I buy all my parts from this business I don't know how many batteries I've from them but I've had to return a couple every time I return it. The manager Paul gives me an attitude because he doesn't like that I have to return the batteries I buy all the chargers from them so it's either the charger or the battery every time he gives me an attitude poor service don't recommend spending your money here there's another O'Reillys up the street everybody's way nicer and there's AutoZone across from them read more

When I arrived at the store he explained my different options, sold me a great battery, and installed it for me within minutes. Zach and the other store employees are friendly and professional. I've been to CSK auto parts stores (Checker/Schucks/Kragen) all over California, but the staff at this one is one of the best. Everyone was anxious to help and really went out of their way to make my experience better. I had a tricky situation with a return from a CA Kragen, but they handled it with ease and helped me find a better (and cheaper) part to replace it. These guys are great!! I went there yesterday for a clamp that became loose on my vacuum hose. The very nice and knowledgeable FEMALE employee went outside, looked at my car, and accessed what the issue was. She picked out the correct $3.25 clamp, grabbed the store pliers, ran back outside and replaced it herself!! I really appreciated her help and positive attitude. You could tell she loves her job. Will do business at this store if and only if they fire/replace manager-"Joe". Called the day before taking my vehicle out of service to confirm part(s) were actually on the shelf physically. Reply from counterman was, "Yes". After disassembling my vehicle called AGAIN to confirm parts. "Yes" was answer. Bicycled to store and part was not there. Manager "Joe" had one word- "Sorry". Informed "Joe" I had called/confirmed the night before and day of visit. Told him I bicycled in the AZ heat only because Store said parts were present. "We can get it here for tomorrow.", was their reply. I said I would if they gave the part to me at no cost/free due to their incompetence. "Joe" (the manager) was absolutely unwilling to recognize the seriousness of his store's mistake or make the right decision afterwards. He also refused to provide his name, the counter person's name, or even the store number. He referred me to contact the O'Reilly's customer service but failed to provide the telephone number. I told him they would not get any more business from me and he was deliberately indifferent/uncaring. Old manager/staff provided good service to keep me as a returning customer since 2012. "Joe" the new manager fails at the most basic level of providing parts and the limited customer service necessary to operate an auto parts store. No amount of "training" can overcome his basic instincts which IMHO make him unfit/unsuitable to be the manager of this store. Good news is I took a cab to the Auto Zone on Prince Road after confirming they did have the parts physically present. I did business with the manager "Charles". He does seem to understand just how much of a betrayal of trust/ethics "Joe's" behavior represents. I've just switched 100% away from O'Reilly's and the Auto Zone owned by Charles has all my business. Owning/repairing your own vehicle presents enough of a challenge and I choose to do without the incompetent/unethical behaviors of the personnel at this O'Reilly's under "Joe's" leadership. read more

I brought in something that had spilled on the floor and on my shoes. When I asked the associate for some paper towels his response was, "go for it." Meaning for me to go behind the register, get the paper towels and clean up the mess by myself. Not that I'm super spoiled and needed him to clean up my mess but he could have been more helpful. read more
