I don't write reviews unless it's needed.. Let's make "Chris Famous!!! I went into the store to return items I never worn and had been kept in my closet. The manager Chris told me that he could not accept my return very loudly and rudely because the clothing supposedly had been worn what he had said at first , and then he says the clothing had an odor. Which one is it? He didn't even look at the items or my history. I felt Racially profiled before he opened his mouth. It was a horrible feeling. I was shocked and extremely offended by this accusation. My clothing has never been worn and my clothing does not have an odor, and I know these items have never been worn. What made the situation even more concerning was that immediately before me, I witnessed a young girl returning her items with the same manager. I observed her return being handled, and then when it was my, turn I was treated completely differently . The manager did not make any effort to understand my situation or asked any questions before making any decision. At that moment ,I felt racially profiled and discriminated against because the color of my skin. I cannot say with certainty what was in the manager's mind, but based on what I personally experienced and witnessed, I felt singled out and treated unfairly . I have a long history with Lululemon and, my history as a loyal customer speaks for itself. I have spent a significant amount of money with this company which makes this experience even more disappointing. I expect Lululemon to take this complaint seriously and investigate what happened at this location, review the circumstances surrounding this interaction, and address the manager's conduct appropriately. Customers should never leave a Lululemon store or ANY store feeling humiliated, disrespected or racially profiled.. The sad part my 17 year old baby girl had to experience this horrible experience. I was able to find these really cute jeans in my size, that were an additional 50% off, although final sale. Their sale rack was very organized, and very plentiful. There was a whole room full of tops, and two racks of jeans. There were even more random sale items throughout the store, not in the sale section. I was quite surprised. I waited in line twice, once to return, and once to buy my jeans. Neither wait was long at all - just one person ahead of me, quite quick. I don't know why this store such poor reviews, because I had a pleasant experience here!
