Reviews checked out, so I took a seat near the grill/food prep area. It is in the open, they have nothing to hide here. Music is upbeat, not Salsa. I ordered the spicy crab appetizer. Delightfully spicy, yet the Guacamole tames it nicely. Great choice! I moved on to the Chicken breast in Garlic sauce. Watched as the young, but experienced chef started cooking the meat on low heat, allowing the Garlic to be absorbed, then turning up the heat to seal in the flavor. Great Technique! It was served piping hot with careful presentation. They have great burger selections, and other amazing-sounding appetizers as well. I will likely add a report on other selections this week, as I plan to return! Waiter was attentive and responsive, explained the menu items I was not familiar with. For dessert, I went with the old fashioned. Perfect cap! (I have to take mine without simple sugar). Well-made, and garnished with an orange/lime hybrid fruit.
