Best Mexican food especially seafood. I love the caldo de pescado and the enchiladas verdes.

This is HANDS DOWN the best Mexican food ever. I've eaten at plenty of Mexican restaurants, but this one really beats the rest in term of food quality and price (!!!!). Food quality: I don't know what else to say, holy crap. It's so good. I got the beef enchiladas and quite literally cleared the entire plate. It was a tiny bit different from the ones I have had but in the best way. My boyfriend got the shrimp tostadas and he also fell in love. He also got the "Mexican BBQ" tacos (barbacoa), phenomenal. AND!!!! The FREE charro beans got me and my boyfriend in shock. It was so good. So so good. I seriously considered ordering that to-go. Price: This is where I got excited. For everything, we paid $16.8: taco $1.5, enchiladas $8.5, tostadas $5.5. What?!? And they take debit/credit cards too! (Worth mentioning because a lot of authentic restaurants are cash-only). All in all, please give this place a try. The majority of staff don't speak English so asking for recommendations may be tricky, but honestly that's what I expect from authentic places. I had to come a handful of times to realize its a 5 star all the way...the carne here is perfectly seasoned and cooked, my husband and I always enjoy the free frijoles they give as an appetizer...so glad we have this spot less than 10 minutes from home. read more

If I could do lower I would, my mom went here today for breakfast and an hour after eating she started to feel extremely sick. She vomited multiple times, she says the red sauce given for the complementary chips tasted expired. She said the inside smelled like sewage or a septic tank. Her hands and feet are cold and her body aches. She had to leave work early because she was feeling so sick. I recommend you never come here, not for anything in the world. read more

AMAZING! My new favorite go to spot for Mexican Food. Be prepared for a bit of culture shock if you are looking for someone to speak to you in English. There may be one or two people in the entire restaurant (employees and customers) that will be able to help if you only speak English. Good thing for me, I took 2 years of Spanish in high school and have looked at Mexican food menus just about my entire life. Get the choriqueso for an appetizer and your life will never be the same. It is so very simple yet so incredibly delicious. ITS JUST CHORIZO ON A SKILLET WITH SOME SHREDDED CHEESE SIZZLING AND MELTING OVER IT BUT MY LORD ITS SO GREAT. I ordered the beef enchilada plate because I like to judge a Mexican food place by their enchilada sauce and this one was fantastic. My wife ordered the chicken chile relleno and liked it a lot. Service was great the entire time even though our Spanish is horrible. During the night we saw a couple of tables order platters of raw oysters. If you're in Grand Prairie you would love eating here. Sketchy area, but you must go. Everything is delicious and fresh. The fajitas were seared nicely, the ckn enchiladas were to die for and I do not know how they get guacamole to be that creamy and chunky at the same time. Well I will start by saying that the food was decent, but I will never go back. The service was AWFUL. The only time I saw our waitress was to take our order, and to deliver the food. Truly authentic Mexican food restaurant! None of that texmex stuff...we most always are here dining on Sunday evenings. Everything I've ordered has always been delicious...they haven't let me down yet. From fish to fajitas to nachos to cheeseburger to enchiladas! The waitresses are always helpful and on top of ur drinks...oooh drinks they have fresh sweet waters like horchata (rice cinnamon), jaimaca(hibiscus) , melon! And beer specials too. Ummmm.......Nobody here speaks English. I called because I wanted to just let them know that the lunch my husband had there (steak tacos) gave him food poisoning. No one could assist. No one speaks English. I was hung up on 3 times, then I told them I will just give a review on YELP instead of beating my head against a wall. I only called to let them know there was a problem with the steak they were serving as my husband was puking and sh*&*** his brains out all night long!!!! The only thing that causes this is eating from an UNCLEAN restaurant. I will stay far from this establishment. They probably use the bathroom and don't wash their hands...further more if you are going to operate a business in AMERICA......LEARN SOME ENGLISH!!!...I am not catering to you, you cater to your customers.
