Costa Grill is the quintessential place to have lunch during your stay at the Acqualina. It's close enough to Miami without having to deal with the hectic traffic but giving you an amazing experience while visiting or just having a stay-cation. The restaurant has Mediterranean influence within the design and the delectable food selections. The drinks are truly the highlight of the entire experience, selectively handcrafted and truly enjoyable while having gorgeous views on the ocean.

Not sure if it was because my friend's band was playing so it was full of Argentinian people as well as a celebrity, or if that's the usually crowd. Any which way, it was a blast. The bar is run by two Argentinian women who were awesome. Very sweet. I just had one drink because came from a happy hour so was already primed. I ordered the popular Argentine drink which is Fernet with Coke which is usually in the proportion of 70/30 but these girls have a heavy pour so more like 60/40. I also ordered empanadas which were delicious!! I had a Malbec meat empanada and a cheese and onion one. Unfortunately I live far from this place but if I lived close, it would definitely be a great place to hang out on weekends. Enjoy!! Ps. I came with my American friend who does live in the area and loved both the Argentinian people's vibe and the bar's vibe. He said he will be back on his own.

One thing I love about Magie is they are always going to uplift folks in the community - be it with space for local businesses who don't have brick and mortars to pop-up and sell food, or by creating a space for locals to hang and get work done and not be bored in their houses. I can definitely see myself at Cafe Magie on Fridays this summer. Service is always so friendly here, and the space is so cozy it's perfect to get work done, and then once the clock strikes wine-o-clock you can enjoy wine while you work, too!

I ordered a charcuterie tray for the three of us; it's not premade. You pick the ingredients and then they are charged à la carte. For the one we enjoyed with Brie, prosciutto and jam. It came up to about $40. We enjoyed a bottle of chardonnay - nicely cool and crisp - while chatting and enjoying the game. I think they just have bottles, not wine by the glass. I'd certainly recommend Magie for a casual date night, or nightcap after dinner elsewhere. The patio with string lights and all does seem cute for a quiet evening.
