This salmon was pre-seasoned with cooking instructions, just remove the lid and pop in the oven: totally recommended. Came out very good!

It's so funny how when a lady asked me to apply for an executive club membership, I said "no" because I don't come here that often. I've been coming here a lot more and more than what I said to the lady when I first applied for membership years ago. I really love that there is a Costco close to me. This Costco has great selection of items and I always get what I need. The one con about going to Costco is everything is big. What I mean is if I need just a carton of milk it comes in a pack of three. But the price is right. Costco always has great holiday items. Costumer service is ok. I rarely need to ask for help. Unless I go to Optical or their foodcourt area and then when you check out. That's the only real reaction with employees at Costco.

    Tasha , Superior customer service!

My husband and I just had the BEST experience from the Optical department from an associate by the name of TASHA .We thought she was the Manager !. My husband was only going to purchase 1 pair of glasses ,he end up buying 2 pair! She took her time explaining and listening to all my husband questions and concerns and making sure the center of his vision was centered and marked the glasses for pickup . NOW that is ***** Customer service. Friendly and Knowledgeable consumers ask for Tasha . She the Best That made his birthday in which is today!

I booked an appointment to have my tires replaced. When arrival, just park on the tire space for customers. The staff got my information and provided an estimate of 1 hour and 15 mins. My wife and I shopped around to kill time for a bit. When we were at the register, the lady scanned my membership and told us we are eligible for a 2% discount since we moved to Oakley. We just need to update our address at the membership counter. I was really surprised and didn't knew at all. After everything was done in about an hour, we waiting at the tire shop. One of the staff came and said the car was ready which was pretty quick than the estimated time. What I liked was how the staff done an amazing job explaining everything in detail.

So as friends, family and Co-Workers (Yeah I am talking about you) will attest we have a obsession with Costco. So much so we have a set of Costco Rules we live by (after the review). This is your typical Costco and it flows in a clockwise direction from the entrance. You have your typical array of electronics and season items int he front and center and work you way back to the meat and freezer sections As I stated in my review of the the Mountain View location, we do have some rules to help keep our obsession under control: 1) NEVER EVER go in hungry. That 25 gallons of dill pickle chips is much easier to resist on a full stomach.... true story there. 2) Avoid the free samples. People seem to lose their minds with this stuff. They abandon carts with crying babies, block isles, etc all to get that tiny portion of hummus. I have been shoved aside by someone desperate to get a free piece of cheese. Honestly I have seen more dignity from actual starving people in a disaster zone but I digress. 3) Avoid the weekends like the plague. 4) See #1 5) Go often. Costco uses alot of psychology and the fear of missing out is one of them. Odd items you must have pop up then go never to return. I CAN'T MISS OUT AGGGGGGG 6) Know your codes: At costco any price ending in 0.97 means it has been marked down. Any price that is not a 0.99 or .97 such as say 0.49 means it has a manufacturers discount. and price with an * aka "The Death Star" on it means its done and will not be reordered so stock up. If it ends in a .00 or a 0.88 a manager has reduced the price at that location to clear it out. 7) When in an unfamiliar city head to the Costco. They always stock local items you can't find at yours (like two pounds of single origin Kona coffee for 30.00 at the Kilaua / Kona store etc.) and have cheap gas. (Same on Kauai)

    And Hot Dog

I really only come to COSTCO for the food. If you are short on money, or trying to get a quick bite, this is the spot. You don't need their membership in order to eat at their food court. COSTCO is well known for that hot dog value: $1.50 for a hot dog AND a drink! You could never beat that. Pizza is $1.99, and the slice is generous and delicious. I do have a membership I had been given, but I don't shop here because it's not worth it for me. In my opinion, COSTCO is great to buy in bundles. Perfect for families and numerous people for a long time. Since I live alone, I don't need to purchase these bundles, that are naturally more expensive But COSTCO is a winner, and it always stay busy. The one here in Pittsburg is full of deals, with electronics, glasses and numerous things to look at. Parking is big, so you'll be okay to at least get a spot

    August 2024 - Food Court's Latte $2.99

SELF-CHECKOUT: The Costco worker scans your items instead of the you scanning the items yourself. FOOD COURT: All food from Food Court have to pay tax. - Hot Dog & Soda - $1.50 - Pepperoni or Cheese pizza - $1.99 per slice - Whole pizza (Pepperoni or Cheese) - $9.99 - Chocolate Chip Cookie $2.49 When the worker handed me the cookie, it was warm like out of the oven. I ate a piece of cookie when it was warm which tasted good but then I ate the rest later when the cookie cooled down and to me it tasted better when it cooled down than when it was warm. - Latte $2.99 It was good. It was not too sweet. To all Costcos: It'll be better if you have one line for customers to wait for the next available window for picking up snack purchases from the Food Court. Many times, no matter which line I stand in, is the worst line to wait. It'll be more fair for customers, if there is only one line to wait for the next window.

    Costco has compost bins!

They had a deal on Sam's Club membership for half off…read more My wife and I were not big fans of Costco. I had a free card through work that I don't have anymore but I went to this store and there was enough to try it (for half price) So far so good. Milk and eggs are priced way better than your local Safeway A lot of the stuff is too big for us and we're still trying some of the other stuff Produce has been okay. Their beer really sucks but their whiskey prices are good Well keep trying stuff out but so far we like this place better than Costco Just an fyi, they do still have the same rude people here that don't know other people exist. There is no courtesy I've seen at all But we'll see. Maybe we'll get surprised one day.

This store has the worst customer service. I've actually been liking Sam's Club more than Costco…read morelately because of their expiration dates and better-quality berries, but I had never really interacted with the employees until today--and it was such a bad experience that it completely changed my impression. One employee was speaking to customers as if we were friends and being snarky, which felt unprofessional. On top of that, the manager didn't even try to address the issue or speak with me. Instead, they spoke to the employee in another language right in front of me and ignored me as a customer. By the way, I could understand what they were saying. This experience left such a bad taste that I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone, and I won't be returning.
