Longer lines than any other Costco I frequent. When gas is at its highest cost, its worth it if you have the time to spare ot wait in line.

Love this station! There are a lot more pumps here than the ones I regularly go to near work and home. I came by here on a weekend, close to closing time. There was no wait and I was able to drive up to a pump immediately. The process here are always cheaper than the normal commercial gas stations. They will no longer be accepting American Express soon and will be replacing it with Visa! Yay! read more

Usually the cheapest prices for gas. The lines are almost always very long. Be careful, lots of bad drivers when it comes to crowds.

Stopped here on the way home from a conference in Coronado. It was the cheapest gas around, easy access from the freeway and plenty of pumps. Notes: 1. The hoses are long enough to reach both sides of the car. Feel free to take advantage of this fact. 2. You have to be a member to get gas. I'm fairly certain the yearly fuel savings will pay for the membership fee. 3. Starbucks is next door, combine the 2 and you have the perfect pit stop. read more

Notoriously the most backed-up, nightmare of gasoline loitering in North County; they have recently expanded the station to be triples instead of doubles. This has improved it somewhat. Just beware that if you are thinking about filling up here around 4:30-6:30, think again. read more

Who doesn't love discounted gas prices?! 3.67 today compared to Mobil just a few feet away at the cost of 4.29 (reg unleaded) or 7 eleven at 3.99. Lines are def longer than the other gas stations, but worth it, esp if you have to fill your whole tank (and drive an SUV). It's only a short distance from the freeway which is also another plus. read more

They only take Amex or debit and you need your Costco card. Line moves fast...opens at 6am when there's no line. Price won't be beat. Swing on by and save yourself some greenbacks... read more

This Costco gas station does a decent job of corralling the cars in from the main road, but it can get a little confusing since you're coming down the hill and have to circle around a bit. Don't worry, it's not rocket science, just follow the cones and arrows and you'll be fine. The plus side is that there are 4 rows of pumps each with 6 pump stations each so there are plenty to keep get you in an out as quickly as possible. It will get crowded though, since this Costco is right off the freeway for those of us use this to fill up during our commute route. read more

Cheaper than all the other gas stations in the area, and the lines seem to go fast as well. You have to be a member so that, I assume is the reason the lines are never too long. I usually stop by to fill up before I do all the bulk shopping. I love Costco for its sense of ease and quality items in mass. Went to pump gas and noticed that mohsen is the provider for gasoline. The worst part is I don't go to mohsen gas station in Oceanside cause the gas is too cheap and I just don't trust the non name brands. It was 3.64 at mohsen and 3.78 at Costco. Same gas. read more

Wish they would add just one CNG pump. Actually I wish all the costco would add a CNG pump. I have Honda the runs on Compressed Natural Gas. (CNG). I'm seeing more and more Honda Civc CNGs. Much cheaper to fill and burn much cleaner. read more

I love going to Costco for gas. It's best to go in the early mornings or you'll be waiting in line for about 10 minutes throughout the day.

Cheap, good quality gas that has similar engine additives as Chevron and Shell but lower price. Lines can be really long and people can be really slow and make our wait longer for being impatient. Go early or late and try to avoid mid day. Their gas hoses are long so you can fuel up even if you parked on the wrong side. You need a valid Costco card to use their gas. Use you Costco AMEX card and get an additional percentage off/or back at the end of the year. read more

Getting in can be a little tricky getting in but definitely worth the trip with high gas prices!

As with all costco gasoline locations, the lines are large. Bring your patience with you. Otherwise, the pumps work well, they are clean and there is always and attendant on duty. Nice location because it's close to the 5 freeway. read more

I don't always use it for my car, but Costco gas is cheap enough, located everywhere, and if you go at the right time, the wait is fairly minimal. Generally the cheapest gas in town. I know there may be a little wait, but it's worth it. I love anything Costco because not only are you getting a good price the quality is great. In Vegas the lines are not so long but here it's crazy to wait 15-20 min to pump gas . Do not buy BBQ grills from Costco. They say it is stainless steel. Mine is not. The grill that I thought would last forever because it was supposed to be stainless burned through like a cheap piece of crap. It is only stainless plated! Inside the grill are the rods made of some cheap steel, probably the cheapest in the market. It is like selling gold plated jewelry for solid gold. read more

This place has very good gas prices. The people that work in and around the pumps are always pleasant and helpful. They go out of their way to be friendly and offer a helping hand if needed. Vicki C. who reviewed this on 2/22/14 could not understand why they don't take cash. Wow, this is a no- brainer ! Because they don't have to! Costco, last time I checked, is a private club. It's my understanding that 'Legal Tender' has to be honored at all banks and institutions open to the public in the US. Check it out Vicki and get with the program. Unless you are a member with an AMEX card (or perhaps another piece of plastic they honor) your buying your gas at the Chevron station up the street for 30 cents more a gallon. One might think that taking cash is cheaper for Costco at the pump. Well it is and it isn't. It might cost them to process the plastic transaction but it cost them less by not having the overhead of more personnel on sight to make those transactions &/or getting robbed!!! It also helps to keep the riff-raff off the property who love to linger around gas stations looking to BS the patrons out of some 'spare change' they might have while pumping gas. read more
