Wow, only $2.49 for gas on September 5, 2017. If you are used to Arizona prices, this may be a little high, but there are places where gas is already almost $3.00 per gallon. If you get here really early in the morning, you won't have to wait in line. The only thing I don't like about Costco gas stations is that you can't wash your windshield if it is covered in squashed bugs. There is space here for 18 cars to fill up at the same time and that can result in long lines at peak times. read more

Unusually long line today, pretty understandable given it's the New Year weekend. It is one of the cheapest places to get gas. They are open as early as 6:00 am and closes at 9:00 pm. It's normally a smooth flow to get your place on a pump even though the lines are long. The first two pumps allows for three cars to pump at a time and the rest is two cars to pump at a time. For Costsco members, it's one of the perks that you get, cheaper gas. One of my favorite benefits is the gas nozzle pump cord, it extends long so no matter which side of the pump you park at, the nozzle, with its long cord will reach the side of your car where you put gas in. Pretty amazing g feature if you ask me. One of the downsides to the whole long line of cars waiting to pump gas is you don't see if a pump is out of order or not. The gas attendant does not inform anyone that a pump in your line or lane is not working. You just kind of see as you get really close to pumpingg your gas. By then, it's too late to switch lanes to be in a line where the pump is working. Never the less, it's still my favorite place to get gas. read more

I love a good savings, therefore I love Costco Gasoline. The Costco Gas Station offers great prices, it will be one of the cheapest you can get. Unfortunately for those seeking diesel, you won't be able to find it here. The gas station is always clean and staffed by an attendant. I do my best to fill up on my way into work to avoid the long lines. I pick the shortest line regardless of the side, the extra long hose can stretch and reach across my vehicle. Weekends tend to be the busiest time and the line can start to grow. Even with long lines you'll be out of there in ten mins. read more

You cannot beat the price of this gas! Being a member has its perks! I have gotten gas here before, but few and far in between because I'm a bit of a Chevron snob and apparently so is my car.... Two fill ups ago, I pulled away from the pump to park at Costco to shop and my car completely cut off. It only did that one other time years ago when I put Arco gas in it after religiously putting Chevron in it. I have sworn off Arco gas since then and was about to do the same to Costco gas until after that shut-off, my car appeared to be running smoother than it ever has! Now I've been using nothing but Costco (Kirkland Signature) gas when I can and if I'm here and don't need gas, I top off. You can't beat the price (if you're a member) and it makes my car run so much smoother! Another good note is that lines used to be super long here, but now they are next to nothing for some reason. We were just here visiting LV for a 3 day getaway and decided to fill the tank up for our rental. Long lines and not many pumps like the ones near where I live in So. San Francisco. Love Costco and the gas prices but the setup for getting into the gas station is horrible and not controlled at all. People constantly try to make two lanes into the the gas station, through the parking lot by going into the oncoming traffic lane, in turn no one can get out of the parking lot on that side which causes major congestion!! It would be an extremely simple fix by putting up cones to only allow one lane into the entrance of the gas station then allowing them to disperse from there into the multiple lanes for the pumps. Every time I go people are honking at one another cutting each other off, skipping in line and cursing at people. This is by far the worst Costco gas I've ever been to. I've gotten to the point where I avoid this gas station just because it's not worth the annoyance of dealing with rude people and the lack of managing of traffic. read more

Costco gas? Its the cheapest gas in town! How they keep the prices low??? I don't know but what I do know is that it is cheaper than most other places. Also, this place is super close and convenient to where I was staying out in Henderson, NV. Since the gas prices here are so low, it does get crowded. However, they have several lanes that have three pumps on each side and another several lanes that have the typical two pumps in each lane. Having so many pumps alleviates the congestion and makes the lines go down faster. So if you are in the Henderson area near Sunset Station and you need gas, Costco gas will not disappoint. read more

Bad premium gas fill up. Measures 85 to 86 octane via OBDII. Usually this is reserved for sloppy gas stations that can't and don't follow the rules. Horrible! I want at least a partial refund. read more

Costco Gas is pretty much a rotation in my regular fuel fill up now. More often than not, they are the cheapest for the East side/Henderson part of town. On top of being the cheapest, it has that stuff in it that makes it better. I don't know what is called but yeah, you know what I am talking about. You already know you have to be a Costco Member to have privelages to buy gas. You already know that the line can be long but that they do move fast. read more

It's not too far from the strip and, honestly, if you're being a tourist, then you should go to the Ethel M (M&M Factory) before heading over here, and then head onto Boulder City and Hoover Dam after you re-fuel. Typical Costco rules: Use your Costco Amex card or your Costco card to start the transaction, and then pay with either your Costco Amex or Debit card. No cash. Lines weren't that long on a weekday at around 11am. Also, if you don't want Costco food for a quick bite, there are other shops in the nearby area that you can try out. From personal experience, I recommend the time to stop by your nearest Costco is late evening hours after 7:00 when the evening rush has died down or early morning before 10:00 am. I love the fact that the food court is located within the warehouse. My husband and I visited this place for the first time during our last trip. We had encountered thunderstorms and the driving was pretty tedious. We were famished and out of gas. I had my husband drop me off two mints right before closing to see if I could purchase a pizza. The nice employee checking the door said as long as you're in before we close, you're good. He even informed me I can still order whole pizzas to go or dine in since they keep the food court open (whaaat?!) needless to say I was in heaven with my half pepperoni and half combo pizza. Long time card holder, First time fuel station customer. On a Saturday, mid afternoon lines were formed, about 10 to 15 vehicles in each line. However it moved very quickly, A couple of gentlemen with lime green vests were keeping the flow organized, and those with questions were assisted quickly and kindly. 5 star on every level! read more

I'm pretty sure the only reason for me to have a Costco membership is to use the gas station. They have just about the best prices in town. But that low price is reflected in the lines that form behind each row of pumps. So come here when you have A) the time to set in line and B) your engine isn't sucking fumes. It will take a while depending on the time of day you come in. Be sure to have your Costco card ready. Don't wait 5 minutes in line only to pull up to the pump and realize you can't activate it because you stupidly left it on the kitchen counter back at home. Bring a Visa card. Debit or credit. It doesn't matter as long as its Visa. Be patient as you are pumping. I've had some really slow pumps before that felt like would take forever to fill my 13 gallon tank. Try not to run anyone over as you drive the narrow road between pump rows trying to get to/from the pumps. And finally, if you have time after filling you car, go inside and fill your belly with a slice or two of pepperoni pizza. Another perk of having a Costco membership. read more

What is there for me to say that everybody does not know already? Costco gas will always be around 40 to 50 cents cheaper than your basic gas stations down the street. There is usually a line throughout the day but average wait time is around 15 to 20 minutes. Best times to go are right when they open and about an hour before they close. Hours of operation are monday thru friday 5 am to 9:30 pm. 5 am to 8 pm saturday and sunday. These are their supposed summer hours. Winter they usually change it to an hour later opening. I like that there is always at least one attendant walking around making sure everything is ok. Look for the guy that usually wears the bright green or sometimes orange reflective vest with the costco name tag. Lastly and most importantly, you can only pay with either debit or American Express. I have such a love/hate relationship with Costco. I love that its membership exclusive. I love that they have great prices on bulk items. I love that they have samples everywhere. I love their shrimp cocktail. But most importantly I love their food court hotdogs. Like a lot. I hate trying to find parking there. I hate waiting in twenty minute lines to check out. If you have a card and it's not completely out of the way, it's always worth it to get gas at Costco, especially if you're one of those premium petrol people. Sure there's a line sometimes. Not a lot, just enough that you don't need to live by Costco or have to get off the highway in the middle of the commute for gas. I am sure if they did though, the price would be higher. If you want no wait.. Come pump gas really early or really late. The only credit card accepted is American Express (March of 2016 they will begin to accept visa). All debit cards are accepted. Their gasoline is rated Top Tier as well. Just on gas savings alone I double my membership back yearly. Keep in mind the 2% cash back does NOT apply to gasoline.
