I explained that I was hearing fine with the pair I have they then decided they would charge me $65.00 for the service. The past folks there never did that. I would not recommend utilizing these folks for hearing aids. Service is the most important when it comes to using hearing aids and they failed especially since you can purchase the same hearing aids with a different brand name for about $3000.00 or less.

Angelica suggested we go to the San Diego store to pick it up, and I agreed. However, a few minutes later, she informed me that the hearing aid was not yet available. It has now been over 10 weeks since my father's hearing test and 7 weeks since Angelica said they ordered the hearing aid, yet I have not received any update on the delivery status. This was unprofessional and disrespectful of my father's time.
