They made you feel comfortable and answered all my questions directly without hesitation. I am 76 years old and this was my first hearing aid. After reviewing many options I decided to go with the Resound hearing aid. I was told that this works with Bluetooth (I still don't know what that means), But it enables me to control my hearing aids through my iPhone. I can watch television and have the sound come directly into my hearing aids, and not disturb others by having the sound turned up very loud. I can also adjust my hearing aids when I am in a restaurant, or just speaking to someone individually. The price of the hearing aids was a little higher than I expected, however, it was competitive with prices at other locations. It helped that I was given a discount, and that my insurance also picked up about 25% of the price. There was no charge for follow up visits, Which are needed to make adjustments to the hearing aids, which were done on the computer. The staff at the House Of Hearing are excellent. Dr. Margie, Jeff and Lisa were all extremely helpful, and very educational. I waited for a while before posting this review, as I wanted to see how the hearing aids worked out., and as I said before these are my first hearing aids. It took a little while for me to adjust to the hearing aids as they felt extremely foreign In my ears. However, after a while I began to adjust, and now i forget they are there. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I sincerely recommend House Of Hearing for anyone with a hearing loss or needing hearing aids.

I want to give a feedback about Dr Diana J Chang ENT, I have preventative referral for thyroid…read more2022, but that Dr didn't do biopsy right for 1st time and 6 months later didn't process biopsy as follow up; now he retired. My primary doctor referred me to Dr Chang, she takes care me with respect and patience. Be sure my health plan covers all procedures before I visit her office. I got biopsy with her last week, today she called me about the good news. Results show no cancer sign. Which saves me a trip to go to her office because I don't drive. She also care about my health, so she will schedule me follow up in 6 months for sure. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness. Good specialist to trust.

He told me to see an ENT to have the wax removed. It was a BIG hunk of wax, but it popped out easily. When I came for my rescheduled appointment, there was Chris, all smiles as if nothing had happened. The test showed my hearing continues to fail so both were were reset upwards. Chris cleaned them so they were all shiny like new. I adore these people!

If you want a competent audiology test and recommendations for a fair priced hearing aid, this is likely not the place. That said, I'm sure the audiology test is competent but they have several flat fee plans. The first tier offered to me was an $8,000 flat fee. It ties you to them for a number of years, likely yearly tests and they clean the hearing aids. The lowest tier is $3,000 flat fee which commits you to them for a year I believe and offers you a selection of refurbished hearing aids donated by other patients. For the right person with cash to burn this might be perfect. However, it's not what I want nor need. The above is my impression after visiting their offices and speaking with the person handling reception. Apparently she also does the audiology tests. Not certain if she's a receptionist or an audiologist. I did not ask.
