They made you feel comfortable and answered all my questions directly without hesitation. I am 76 years old and this was my first hearing aid. After reviewing many options I decided to go with the Resound hearing aid. I was told that this works with Bluetooth (I still don't know what that means), But it enables me to control my hearing aids through my iPhone. I can watch television and have the sound come directly into my hearing aids, and not disturb others by having the sound turned up very loud. I can also adjust my hearing aids when I am in a restaurant, or just speaking to someone individually. The price of the hearing aids was a little higher than I expected, however, it was competitive with prices at other locations. It helped that I was given a discount, and that my insurance also picked up about 25% of the price. There was no charge for follow up visits, Which are needed to make adjustments to the hearing aids, which were done on the computer. The staff at the House Of Hearing are excellent. Dr. Margie, Jeff and Lisa were all extremely helpful, and very educational. I waited for a while before posting this review, as I wanted to see how the hearing aids worked out., and as I said before these are my first hearing aids. It took a little while for me to adjust to the hearing aids as they felt extremely foreign In my ears. However, after a while I began to adjust, and now i forget they are there. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I sincerely recommend House Of Hearing for anyone with a hearing loss or needing hearing aids.

Dr. MacEwan is amazing! I've been suffering from sinus issues for 7 years, and they've always been…read moredismissed as allergies. I got a CT scan here and Dr. MacEwan explained the scan to me which was cool to see. My left maxillary sinus was fully opaque and needed surgery. I had never had surgery before, and was really worried and had tons of questions. Dr. MacEwan not only did amazing with the surgery (my recovery was way faster than I expected, I felt pretty much normal after 5 days), but was also very patient with all my questions and concerns! I'm also not a huge fan of having to rely on daily meds like nasal sprays, and she was understanding and willing to work with this. The staff at Rancho ENT are also very friendly and easy to work with! I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. MacEwan!

Went in for an adjustment and they had a new Lyric hearing aid that would be perfect for me. They were placed in my ears, 2 weeks later while on vacation I had to pull one out of my ear, it made noise screech. Went back to Chris told him I didn't like them, he adjusted them and told me it would be better, each visit after that I told him I didn't like them. Finally I told him I wanted the old ones back. There was only a 30 day money back policy, these Lyric hearing aids cost $3,500.00. I believe they took advantage of me. He should have returned the Lyric when I first complained and I would have gotten my money back. This was a horrible expensive experience. I thought this was a responsible business. They take advantage of people who are looking for help.

If you want a competent audiology test and recommendations for a fair priced hearing aid, this is likely not the place. That said, I'm sure the audiology test is competent but they have several flat fee plans. The first tier offered to me was an $8,000 flat fee. It ties you to them for a number of years, likely yearly tests and they clean the hearing aids. The lowest tier is $3,000 flat fee which commits you to them for a year I believe and offers you a selection of refurbished hearing aids donated by other patients. For the right person with cash to burn this might be perfect. However, it's not what I want nor need. The above is my impression after visiting their offices and speaking with the person handling reception. Apparently she also does the audiology tests. Not certain if she's a receptionist or an audiologist. I did not ask.
