Terrible service, lack of professionalism, haphazard delivery and installation. They damaged my floor and after 24 months I could not get the claim resolved. Costco is a great company, their logistics company is absolutely terrible. I was told that my delivery would be between 830 and 10 AM. I own a plumbing company that does emergency plumbing in the night. I got a text message at 6:45 AM. The day of that my delivery would show up in the next 10 minutes. Completely outside of the time window. I rushed home from the job and showed up just a little after 7 AM. They proceeded to not show up until 730. Also still an hour before our time window that was agreed-upon. When I called Costco logistics, they literally said "oh sorry" in the most idgaf attitude ever. I don't know how Costco who takes care of their employees and their members very well can use/employ a company like this. Super pissed off, and because of the extremely early delivery I now have two children under 3 wide awake when they usually wake around 8-8:30. Us members need to really pound down on Costco corporate in order to fix this terrible part of their company. We pay a premium in order to use their services. I am a business card owner and I provide all of my employees with a Costco card as an added benefit for working with me. I'm about to cancel every single card and switch over to Sam's club due to this incident. As someone who dispatched employees to homes within time slots, this is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. read more

Two Failed Deliveries on a $3,300 Order Ordered $3,300 in bedroom furniture through Costco.com with a promised delivery date. It's failed twice. First attempt: marked "delivered" in tracking, but the driver had gone to the wrong location. Nothing was actually delivered. Second attempt: crew arrived at the right address. One room was fully cleared, path was clear, and I was finishing clearing the second room. One crew member told my wife they could wait up to 15 minutes if needed. A different crew member showed up, took photos, and left without waiting -- even though I was present and done within a minute. I offered to have them deliver to the ready room first while I finished the other. They ignored it. Costco support gave me a reference number and said compensation would be "discussed" after delivery. Order is now rescheduled a third time. I've been a Costco member for years and generally trust this company, which is why this has been so disappointing. Two avoidable failures, inconsistent info from the crew, no accountability so far. Will update this review based on how the next delivery and compensation actually go. read more

We bought a brand new LG washer online, when the delivery company came to deliver and install the new machine, the driver and helper complained that it was too heavy to place in my basement, and as a result, it was left in my living room. When we called Costco they immediately blamed the company, yet, it took them two weeks to return to pick it up because we decided not to keep the machine nor use Costco again. They were to deliver and appliance, and pick up a non-functional one. Both days were fixed. I had taken the day off to be there for the delivery. One day prior, they realized they could combine the trip. Instead of doing the pick up early (at time of delivery) they decided to delay the delivery. Too bad you took the day off Then they lied about where the product was, blatantly contradicting what their own tracker said, to justify the delayed delivery. the broke my new washer and stand. installed it anyway and didn't say a word. once they left I started a load and water was everywhere. they used the plastic protectant film as tape to tape up my broken water lines and parts when they installed it. the $250 base was smashed and Costco gave me two options. $30 in refund or wait 6 days for their team to come back out and fix all the issues. absolute joke read more

Costco Logistics using 3rd party installed Kitchen Aid dishwasher and now there is no water pressure at the kitchen sink. They first tried to refer me to Kitchen Aid warranty but obviously the dishwasher should have no effect on the water pressure at the sink itself. Instead I contacted Costco Logistics again and am now waiting to speak with 3rd party about getting a service call. Costco Logistics is maybe the worst delivery/installation serivce I have delt with. read more

I purchased a Whirlpools oven. They delivered it just as they said they would. Today, they came out and raised it to the counter top for us (it was too low) and leveled it. They did a good job. It's not where we would like, but they said this was the best they could do, otherwise the bolts would come out. The phone experience was just okay. The telephone operators, two out of three did not seem like they wanted to help, and come to think of it, the delivery guys seemed a little resistant as well. I think it's because Costco does not pay them enough. Supply-side economics (trickle-down or Reaganomics) was a terrible policy. It's all about the supply side; not the demand, and workers suffered too. read more

Terrible experience! Costco Logistics was scheduled to deliver my washer and dryer on a Monday and I was told I would get a call the night before with a delivery window. I never got any call. The next day, the Costco Logistics driver texted me to say they had damaged the washer and therefore could not deliver. No problem, things happen. After that I wait over a week for the re-delivery to be scheduled, but it never happens. So I end up cancelling my order and submitting a new order. The delivery is schedule and this time I'm given a window for the delivery time. Two hours before the delivery time I get a text saying the delivery will be there in 15 mins. So I had to drop everything and rush home to get there in time. Once the delivery guys got to my house, they didn't bother to greet me or tell me they're from Costco. Instead they just walked in and started measuring the laundry room. After they got the washer and dryer out of the truck and into my home, they then told me that they can't install the dryer because "someone didn't get us the gas line." I can't believe how bad this delivery service is! Induction range delivery scheduled for 2.3.23. No 30 minute call before delivery as promised. . Delivery truck was huge, couldn't come up our driveway , got stuck, broke off tree branches, had to take range back dispatch in FRESNO. Rescheduled for 2.10.23. between 4pm -8pm. No call, no delivery.Nothing. Next day contact said big truck again. Costco says delivery & installation included....turns out No installation by these clowns.. they would have just dumped it at our house. One warning to all Costco members; if buying anything which must be delivered by Costco Logistics- STOP, TURN AND RUN OUT OF THE STORE. This company does not know how to tell the truth, makes up stories when they are hours late and they do not care. My purchase of a Samsung refrigerator turned into lost time at work, having to hire someone to be at my house when they claimed the late delivery would be made (and was not). It was delivered in the dark of night while I was out of town. Good time my son in law happened by the house or it would have been dropped in the driveway. This was a Friday night. The next day a lady from Logistics called to tell me how happy they were to deliver my order. This was the same lady who told me after 8pm the night before that it could not be delivered until the following Wednesday that the route got cancelled halfway through the day and no one could call me to advise it was cancelled. After being a member of Costco for over 15 years, Iam not sure I want to deal with a company who thinks this is customer service. read more

Costco Logistic is a complete failure. Beware. They tried to deliver last Saturday and did not because truck was too big. They rescheduled for Monday and brought the same truck and had no problem delivering. The only problem is that the refrigerator was damaged. We're been living out of an ice chest since last Friday and Costco just doesn't care. read more

I Bought a dishwasher on 11-25-21 from Costco when they came out to deliver the dishwasher we were told that the old dishwasher would need to be cut out and there would be an additional charge. He person said he would need to come back on 12-23-21. My brother in law came over and removed a few screws and the dishwasher slide right out. I told Costco that we would only need the new dishwasher installed, since we already removed the old dishwasher. We were told they would come out on 12-23-21 to install it. Nobody called or came on 12-23-21. I called to find out what happened, I was told it wasn't put on the delivery schedule. I knew sometimes things happen, so I rescheduled the delivery to 12-29-21, I was told I would get a call the night before and I was assured the disherwasher would be delivered on 12-29-21 between 8:00 and 11:00. Now it's 12-29-21 I received no call and no dishwasher. When I called tonight I was told I could reschedule the delivery again. I cancelled my order and will be buying a new dishwasher elsewhere. I'm very disappointed in Costco and will never buy any appliances or furniture from them again. Very poor service. read more
