After submitting my order request, it was ready within the hour. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. When I came, it was the morning so not a lot of people inside the store. I check with the cashier and give him my name for the order. He handed me the picture and I went to explore the store. I went to the beverage aisle and got two soda bottle because they were on sale. I used the self checkout which was simple. After I put in my number and paid, it give me a long receipt of the bill and a bunch of coupons.

Staff is icy cold and highly impersonal. Unfriendly. Not big on eye contact. There is a tremendous disconnect and it's very weird. NOT A FAN! It just became easier to have prescriptions to the door with Amazon Pharmacy. There is no connection and no sense of community what-so-ever with this store, Perhaps it's the nature of these BIG BOX Drug stores.

Initially CVS told us they could order it no problem, but once the doctor actually sent the prescription over, they basically sat on it for weeks before eventually telling us they couldn't get it after all. Super frustrating considering this was medication my daughter actually needed and we kept getting the runaround. I called what felt like every pharmacy in existence and most of them pretty much immediately said they couldn't help. A friend recommended Home Health Pharmacy to me, so I went in the same day to explain the situation. I spoke with the pharmacist Jason, and honestly the difference in care was immediately noticeable. He told me he could transfer the prescription from CVS, order the medication, and have it ready the very next day. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely put my mind at ease after a really stressful experience. What's even crazier is CVS told us the medication would cost around $600 a month. Home Health Pharmacy was able to get it down to $445, so we'll be saving about $155 every month on this medication. The medication ended up being ready the next day exactly as promised -- actually earlier than I expected. They also offer delivery, which is amazing. Having worked in a pharmacy myself for 7 years, I really appreciated the level of care here. It reminded me of how pharmacies used to feel before everything became giant corporations where you're just another number in the system. You can really feel the difference with a small family pharmacy that actually cares about helping people.

I never thought a pharmacy of all things is what I would miss. Roshan is an amazing pharmacist. His customer service is top tier and he is very understanding, nonjudgmental, and patient. He remembers who you are, even if you don't come to the pharmacy for a long long time (I hadn't come here in nearly a year once and he still remembered my name). One time, I needed medication but I was a 45 minute drive away and I would have arrived after closing. Roshan told me he would wait for me to come pick up my meds even after closing time. I don't know if this is something he does regularly, but I really really appreciated it. This is not the type of service you would ever get at a CVS pharmacy or any other big name pharmacies. I'm so glad I made the switch to RX Point and am supporting a family run business. If you live in the area and frequently go to pharmacies, please do yourself a favor and start going here!! They said they would have another prescribed ordered and filled and no follow up. Then when they couldn't get it filled no one seems know why. Called Vons down the street and they filled it right away and got everything done quickly. Vons actually wont stop calling about my prescriptions when Simi phamarcy I can barely get anyone on the phones. I dont have the time to be messing around with my prescriptions.

They advised how my doctor could order it and have it be so much more affordable. They look out for me when my insurance thinks it's too early for me to re-fill. They watch out for my kids -- making sure my daughter who is away at school can get her prescription up there. They know us by name, they have watched my adult kids grow up.
