Typical Costco warehouse, complete with Photo Center, Gas Station, Car Wash, Tire Service, and Pharmacy. They have quality items with good prices. I love the car wash! My biggest complaint is that the gas station has long lines about 95 percent of the time. Maybe we need another Costco in the Antelope Valley? Gas prices are almost always the lowest in town, but the wait is a pain. Go early morning or right before they close for shorter lines. read more

I do not know where to begin here lol.. so we're from Pennsylvania. Flew in to stay with my boyfriends sick father. He had asked us to go take care of some groceries for him. We've never been to Costco but thought we could handle it. We showed up, got what we needed then we got in line and here is where I think I entered military boot camp. So the staff were screaming for people to move "down" but not pointing to where "down" was. We loaded all items onto the belt, very big mistake because the lady said "YOU CANT PUT GATORADE ON THE BELT" and then threw the pack of Gatorade into the buggy like it was a feather very impressive strength but not what I look for in my cashiers personally haha. Then, we tried using the membership card that was my boyfriends dads. The man ringing us out then raised his voice at my boyfriend saying "WHOS CARD IS THIS!!? YOU CANT DO THIS OPEN A MEMBERSHIP OR YOU CANT HAVE THWSE THINGS" very taken aback, a very nice customer offered to pay and use her membership and after some arguing and back and forth she was able to pay for it with her membership and card. We even expressed that we were out shopping for his sick father but they did not care in the slightest. All around, just not a good staff. I understand the business completely but there was no need to be so hostile and rude to customers. read more

I go to pick up pizzas, for elementary students, that are supposed to be ready at 11:30. I show up to pay at 11:20, hoping the pizzas are almost ready. They haven't even started on my pizzas and claim the order was for noon. Uhm, NO, I'm feeding the children at noon, the pizzas were to be ready at 11:30! I speak to the manager and he says there's nothing he can do, there are orders ahead of me...even after I explain that I was told 11:30. He refuses to even start on my order. Is true they have decent prices and lots of good things my only problem is that my mother and I live together and I got her an Executive Card. shes mainly the one doing the shopping because am always working,well today we decided to go together. when it got down to pay our items the cashier didnt let me pay because I was using my debit card. she said that I had to be a member in order to pay, I mention that it was find that I would pay with cash, nope I wasnt even allow to do that.I think is stupid to have two card holders for the same house hold, am not going to sign up for a membership when I really dont do any of the house shopping. went here for tires a while back. After a few months I noticed that they were wearing really oddly. Went in to have them rotated and they told me that the warranty was no good b/c I hadn't had them rotated every 5,000 miles. It was only a little over that. They then said that the wear looked really bad, and they wouldn't even rotate them for me. I went to another shop and got new tires. Now the car rides smooth, no shaking I ended up paying way less at tony's tires and the car instantly rides better. It's clear to me that the costco guys didn't balance the tires right when they were installed and that was the problem. I won't go back for these reasons. It's also incredibly annoying that they fill the tires with non-air since that makes them the only place that can check the pressure and refill them. read more

Even if the lines are long it still moves fast. Employees are always very friendly. I just always enjoy my time spent in costco and I go there regularly for my dog food, meats, canned vegetables and a number of other things that I might need. I love how all inclusive Costco is there different seasonal items are always great good quality items lots of variety. I love the printing center cheap easy way to refill my ink cartridges the sales are always amazing. I always get wonderful customer service staff is always very friendly the only downside is the lines are always very jam-packed even when they have a lot of lanes open it's hard to even navigate to a line sometimes. Yesterday's experience was one for the books in the stress department! We came to buy a patio set and TV and our total was around 5,300. It was hard getting any kind of help. Patrick was amazing, he helped us get the patio set up to the front while we continued shopping. We had a question about a warranty for the TV and we asked this one guy named Miguel walking by for help and he said he would get someone in that department to help... no one ever came to us. Then we asked this guy named Collin and he said "let me find out" ... and never came back lol. It was very stressful we had a cart with some items as well as a toddler and infant with us so we were struggling a bit. I forgot his name but he was by the jewelry ended up helping us (thank you)! We got to the front finally and Sira and Samantha were a great help. Sira went on break and Isaias took over. Still super helpful. Since it was a 5k purchase, my citi visa thought it was fraud, and it kept declining. So I had to call and still they were very helpful, so thank you to Samantha, Patrick, Sira, Isaias & Patrick for all the help yesterday!! read more

The cashiers can be a little nicer, most of them don't even greet you, they just ask if you have a Costco card and never even look you in the eyes. They can take note from the guys at the tire center. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The crew from the Optical center are pretty awesome too. Very sweet. Costco had great deals on many foods that are expensive for little quantities elsewhere. The gasoline is excellent quality. We enjoy the atmosphere, however Costco is really crowded now. First off I would give a 0 if I could. This one cashier her name is Porshe she has no business working with the public. I wonder why Costco is that desperate to keep someone as evil and rude as herself! I heard from other associates and delivery service attendants also of how rude she is and I know for a fact that she has gotten alot of bad comments on her work ethics by many, so why is she still working when someone else can be alot friendlier and professional ? I will start getting a membership with Sams or go to Santa Clarita for now on. Ordered a washer and dryer during Presidents Weekend sale, got a good price and it included haul away and installation. The other stores charge extra for this plus supplies. The delivery guy comes in to assess the area, asked what I was doing with the old appliances, goes to turn off the water valve and there was one drop of water and he said he could not proceed because he said there was a problem with the valve. So I asked him take the old appliances and bring in the new and I will call the plumber to install it. He said he could not do that because he could not attempt to turn off the valve and told me to have the valve replaced and reschedule delivery. I have turned the water valve off and on several times and there is no water leaking. I am extremely disappointed in Costco for hiring inexperienced delivery guys! I could have done this myself if he would've left the new appliances and I'm a 60 year old lady. I do not and will not recommend Costco appliances and delivery!! I will go somewhere else even if it costs a bit more. read more

This Costco is hit or miss, sometimes it's great sometimes it's not. I've encountered rude cashiers and employees and I found that strange for a Costco. The employees that work at the tire center are awful. Always super rude and act all inconvenienced whenever you have a question. O would give the tire center no stars if I could. I wouldn't mind the typical 2 hour wait if they were at least polite and helpful but they seem to be put out just from doing their job. I can just go on about how totally rude they have been to me whenever I have to come here. It's awful. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the people that work the cash registers are typically every friendly, courteous, and helpful from my experience and you can't beat the gas prices. This is regarding the hearing aid dept. it seems Costco only has one guy in this dept., so good luck trying to get him on the phone. You'll need an appt and still have to wait forever plus once you're finally in he'll need to leave you repeatedly to answer the phone or talk to other customers walking up. I waited two weeks and never got a call to let me know my hearing aid was ready. When I came in person the man, Dhillon, said "oh they've been here a long time!" It's just my opinion that when I'm spending $1500 the service should be great. read more
