I had a really bad experience today. There are 2 ladies at the entrance and while I'm coming in toward the right side of the entrance I show the lady on the left (aka lady 1) my Costco card and she acknowledges this. As I enter the building this is when I see the other lady (aka lady 2) on the right who asks me for my card, I politely tell her I already showed lady 1 my card and she says I need to see it. I tell her the same thing and she says you need a membership to come in so I tell her again, I've shown lady 1 my card already. Lady 2 continues to harass me and what I really want to tell is **** you but I flash my card a second time just to please Lady 2 and she says okay. First of all she should just ask lady 1 if I showed my card and 2nd if I tell you I showed lady 1 my card and you feel I don't belong there then call security and IF I ever have this experience again I will be talking with mgmt and not even showing lady 2 my card if I've already shown it. read more

I'm in Costco close to once or twice per month AT LEAST and the employees are always great. Lines are long but fast. I love their seasonal stuff- they change it out often, which is always fun. I'm taking off 2 stars because of my experience on Saturday. STEVE (manager) is a total jerk and talks down to people. I can say this because I experienced it myself. I wanted to buy a safe and needed to look inside of it. He gave me some excuse about not being able to open it (the safe was turned around facing a wall, making it unable to open) and said that it was a safety issue in case someone gets locked in. OK, I understand. But for 600 I am not buying it based on someone elses "promise" ill like it. OPEN THE DAMN THING! It's not that difficult, go get your forklift that all your little employees like to drive around on, pull it out, open it and put it back. FIVE MINUTES, boom, done. My husband, father in law and I had to argue with STEVE for 15 minutes before I just told him that i was going to take my business elsewhere because he was talking down to me, to which he replied "All you had to do was say you wanted it open" ARE YOU JOKING... I said that 5 minutes ago to you and 4 other employees. Steves solution to the problem was to have me purchase the safe, take it home, open it and return it if i didnt like it. Because the safe is all of 350 pounds I'll enjoy loading it and unloading it endlessly over my weekend haha. ANYWAYS, he finally openened it, we bought it and are digging it. My time is worth more than saving 10 or 15 cents per gallon and have to wait over 15 - 25 minutes to fill up. Big fan of Costco but this is a no go! You'll probably use up the gas you'll save by having to sit in your car with the ac running while you wait for your turn to fill up. read more

I actually like this Costco better than the ones in wA, OR and FL. It does have a very good location. There is always parking available. They seem to have a deeper selection of toys, books, clothing and bath goods for children. They also have a really good bakery, good wine selection and wonderful fresh produce. The rest is standard costco fare. The smoothies are yummy! read more

Prices are decent, sometimes the gas is less than the normal. The food court is inside. There really os never long lines. Except gor the food court sometimes. Lol. Never had a problem with employees except for the sales people being a little pushy but that's their job. =) clean and comfortable environment read more

I love Costco, and usually have a positive experience. Unfortunately I purchased your fruit bowl, I didn't check dates, and it was expired. My daughter started eating and it tasted bad. It was purchased 9/27 expired 9/26. Ensure your employees are checking dates. I didn't think I had too, but I guess I will now. read more

Costco is what it is right? We've always been treated well here. Their selection is good and pretty consistent which I like. Their food court line moves quickly, so that is appreciated as well. Parking is easy and the tire place is always super helpful when I need to check the nitrogen in our tires. I'm very grateful. read more

Shopping at Costco is fine but BEWARE of using "Costco Travel". 1) They don't stand by their price adjustment policy posted on their site. I booked a Hawaiian vacation package and price dropped over $1,000 for same exact itinerary. I called in but all they gave me was the runaround and excuses. It seemed like I was dealing with double talking used car sales guys. 2) The Worst part is that I assumed when I shopped through Costco Travel I would receive a certain level of quality because it's Costco! Dead wrong. Flight seats both ways were all the way in the back of the plane. Resort accommodations were Beyond Horrendous. My family was put into a filthy suite (which they charge you an additional $256 cleaning fee for). We didn't even want to set our luggage down when we entered this steamy hot bug infested dump of a room with too many things broken to list. My 4 year old daughter was almost burned on the broken oven that was running for hours on end that couldn't be shut off. I could not believe this is what you get when you book through Costco. When I called front desk to complain they sent a cleaning lady with 3 dirty fans and told me that oven should automatically shutoff in 3-4 hours. Embarrassed and totally disgusted I contemplated taking my family right back to the airport and going home but I'm from NY and getting screwed over is not in my DNA. I went to front desk and dealt with very nice reps at the Kiahuna Plantation Kauai whom kept mentioning hat I booked with Costco Travel as if it was some third rate outfit. Finally they made the wise decision to move my family to a different room which was 500% better even with the huge cockroaches. We made the best of it and enjoyed our trip. I've always heard that Costco Travel had great deals but Never Again. I've had much better vacation experiences booking through no-name sites. I get free costco gift cards from my company, the best thing is that you dont have to be a member or get a membership if you use their costco gift cards. However the cashiers turn their cheery attitude and friendly personality south once I pay with the gift card, they constantly tell me I need a membership and than i have to remind them on how to do their jobs and membership is not required with costco gift cards. I guess I'm one of the very few who use gift cards here. Mckenzie is the only girl manager thats great here. Shes always awesome when I shop here. read more

Started with one of the cart guys outside who rammed a cart into mine with my son in it and just gave a dirty and walked away. Then we get inside which was okay. Our cashier on the other hand was a complete b$@&". Then the supervisor we dealt with was prissy and rude, couldn't see his name badge. We order pizza, I get told it'll be a 25-30 min wait so I go back up and I'm waiting a good 10 mins at the window and nobody wants to check or ask about orders. Finally after I get an attitude and get told oh you have to wait 45 mins? Uhm no not happening. My husband went up and got the pizza 5-10 minutes after.
