I had already sent all his paperwork ahead of time, but they claimed something was missing. It felt like no one actually read anything or paid attention. The doctor never introduced herself or asked for my name--I had to ask for hers. That alone gave off a bad vibe. On top of that, the nurse tried to do a urine test from a sample he left on the floor, and later the doctor told her it was contaminated. It made me question how trained the staff really are. Then they labeled him as a sick pet even though they already told me to go to urgent care. And the last straw was when I tried to schedule a follow-up and the same girl said, "She can schedule it whenever she can afford it." That was so out of line. Who says that? It just didn't feel professional or respectful. I won't be going back.

I am visually impaired, so Dr. Anna, Kate and her vet tech took extra time to explain what they were doing in case I wasn't able to tell. They took extra time to tell me all of my different options to help my dog, who suffers from chronic allergies, and itches all the time. The cost of a checkup and the medication's are comparable to those of my local vet. The only additional charge is the travel fee. However, for me, it is definitely worth it because of the convenience. However, they also offer a program you can sign up for that helps to cover this cost. Dr. Anna Kate was kind enough to tell me a little about it during their visit today and I plan on looking into it. Dr. Anna, Kate, and Javier are both incredibly kind and compassionate and very professional. They answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel like they were rushing. They took their time with my dog, and we're very loving with her. I highly recommend this mobile vet service. You will not find two more compassionate and amazing people than Dr. Anna Kate and Javier! (I tried to take a selfie with them, but did not realize my phone was on portrait mode. He broke his leg in February because of all the ice and they were the first place I went because they were closest. They immediately told me he would need surgery that they couldn't do. So I took him to Falls road for the surgery, but I was told that they could do his bandage changes afterwards. I took him here twice afterwards and they bandage changes they did along with the sedative they used ended up bothering him so they told me how to do the bandage changes myself and how often. I followed their instructions but this recent spike in humidity caused a bandage to get wet and I think the surgery incision started to get a little infected. I brought him in ASAP as I was instructed. I called ahead of time and came in at noon like they asked me to. This time I dealt with a vet I hadn't seen there before, who didn't even bother introducing himself. And literally the first thing this man had the audacity to say to me was "I'm confused about this" I explained how I had been doing the bandage changes as instructed by the other vet who works there and he proceeded to speak down to me like a child, eventually asking "why does your dog even have this incision" proving that he hadn't even looked at my dogs records. When I explained how he broke his leg and needed surgery, and how they should have his xrays on file, he goes to the computer and finally looks up my dogs records just to say "oh he did break his leg" as if I were lying to him before. The unnamed Doctor removes the bandaging I had done the day prior and says "this is a mess. I don't have time for this, I'm leaving in an hour" tells me to just go somewhere else and pushes me out the back door so that people in the front wouldn't see that they sent him out the door without so much as cleaning or bandaging his leg back up. I'm never going back to Fullerton animal hospital again and neither is anyone else in my household.

The office has a very small town feel, and sees patients by appointments, so I've never had to wait. I was also very touched to receive handwritten cards for my puppy who died only a week after we got her, and both of my "old boys" when it was time to let them go.
