She had either large cell lymphoma or carcinoma (was inconclusive) but either way it was really bad at the end. Dr. Beth has the knowledge to help you understand what is happening, the compassion to guide you through it, and the kindness to come out to our place at some inconvenience to herself (last minute, outside regular hours, etc). I loved that she gave us special family time with our girl as we went through the steps of the at home euthanasia. I loved that she said some words of gratitude for her as she passed, almost like a mini memorial service. It was painful, it is painful, but I don't think I could have asked for a better person to lead us through an extremely difficult decision. I see sad photos of animals here. We had our first vet appointment at Northwind Animal Hospital this week and so far we are really…read morepleased! We got checked in really quickly and the clinic looks nice. Laura Jean was the vet assistant and she was so great with our cat. She really loved on him and he wasn't afraid of her at all. I hope she doesn't mind that I took a photo - it was just such a cute moment when she held him. Dr. Lentz was a really nice and knowledgeable vet and took time to answer our questions. She trimmed our cats nails with ease. The whole appointment was quick but we got everything we needed. We found out our cat has worms and they were prompt in calling us and getting us the medication. We're still waiting to hear about the blood work but so far so good with this office.

Khloe will soon celebrate her 15th birthday and is set in her ways. She's really not "into" hanging out with a veterinarian, but that's life.
