Need a hit of espresso? A Chai latte, perhaps? How about a cup of dark roast Java, brewed to perfection? Cotati Coffee Company is the place for you! The service was wonderful...when I asked if they offered a "half-caf", the gals offered me an Americano, which upon 2nd thought, I decided on going for full octane and I wasn't sorry! Their dark roast was fresh, hot, and richly flavorful. This is a cute little spot on your way to home or San Francisco...or wherever you may travel. There's always room for a tasty cuppa joe

Cozy cabin vibe! Coffee options on the day of my visit included holiday blend and a Nicaraguan light roast- my pick! Medium coffee was $3.75, alternative milk options available. Paper cups (no mugs) are perfect for grab and go, especially during winter months as, there is limited indoor seating. Parking lot available behind coffee shop or 2 hour street parking out front. Breakfast Sammie's and even some GF pastry options available. Public restroom, but you'll need to take a little stroll to the park down the street.

All the cheese was melted onto the wrapper. $6 bucks for a what seems like frozen breakfast sandwich. If it was $3 I think it would make sense. Coffee was okay. First time stopping here, service was okay too, person seemed bothered by my questions.

On the way to work sun coming up, I recently have been stopping by to grab a quick breakfast sandwich and hot tea. So the turkey and cheese is good. Doesn't have that much flavor. I like putting tapatio on it to help with that. Bagels are okay too. I wish they would put the cream cheese on. Too challenging while driving a stick in traffic. So far I've tried the Cotati fog which is an absolute solid. One time they did forget the lavender sweetener, so I sipped on hot oatmilk flavored tea for the remaining 44 miles. That was a bummer. I also tried the caramel apple latte, which could have used more caramel. It was pretty strong and I don't drink coffee much, so if you don't like it sweet at all then this one might be for you. The shop is cute. I picked out a new tarot deck! Looking forward to trying other tea lattes. Everyone is friendly and to-go orders are pretty quick!

I had a very nice time with friends at Cotati Coffee Company. I ordered the Cotati Fog which was honestly one of the best London Fog lattes I've ever had- just the right amount of lavender syrup! The space is small but that just adds cozy vibes, four of us were able to sit and chat just fine. Good service too. I would definitely recommend a visit.

First time here. I was in town for a couple of hours, so I sought out a highly rated espresso spot on Yelp. This place is very small but quite charming. The staff are friendly and ready to talk about coffee. I always order a double or triple espresso and I don't put anything into it. They use coffee from Thanksgiving Coffee Co. in Fort Bragg which roasts free trade coffee. Yay. At least for the espresso, they use a dark roast. It was tasty but the pull was a bit too long. Yes. I'm picky. I will ask for a short pull next time. I will return if I'm ever in town.

Great little coffee shop in downtown Cotati. I tried a honey lavender coffee and it was really good. Definitely will come back again.

I came in…read morewith high expectations after seeing the great Yelp reviews and was especially interested in the Vietnamese coffee and huge variety of cold foams. The shop itself is adorable, lots of plants and greenery, which I loved. I had already looked at the menu and knew exactly what I wanted. I ordered a watermelon slush, and the employee confirmed they had it. She then asked how much lemon I wanted, explaining that they typically do half or a full lemon. I asked what was standard, and she recommended a full lemon. I then ordered a Vietnamese coffee with cheese foam and Biscoff foam. After waiting, my first drink came out completely wrong. Um it was a matcha. A male employee eventually corrected the Vietnamese coffee order. I then asked about my watermelon slush, only to be told that it had never been rung in. What was most frustrating was that instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, the employee blamed me multiple times for not ordering it. I clearly remembered the conversation because we had specifically discussed the lemon, and she had recommended the full lemon. I explained the entire interaction to her, yet she continued to insist that I was somehow responsible. At that point, I made it very clear that I did not want to continue speaking with her. She continued insisting on engaging with me anyway. I felt completely unheard and, honestly, harassed by the interaction. The way the conversation was handled made me question my own recollection of what had just happened, it felt extremely gaslighting. She eventually made the drink, but then slammed it onto the counter, causing it to fall over. Thankfully, it had a lid on it. At that point, I was extremely uncomfortable and asked the male employee for the owner's contact information. He said he couldn't provide it, so I left my name and phone number and requested that the owner contact me. The Vietnamese coffee was actually very good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. However, I did not drink the watermelon slush because, after the way the interaction was handled, I no longer felt comfortable consuming it. Mistakes happen. What matters is how you handle them. Taking accountability, respecting a customer's boundaries, and treating them with basic courtesy should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, I experienced none of that. It's a shame because the atmosphere is cute and the coffee was good, but one employee's behavior completely ruined my first impression of the business. One person really can ruin an entire customer experience. I hope the owner follows up because this was incredibly disappointing, especially given the positive reputation of this establishment.

To our surprise, there weren't many options open at this time of day... but we did find Squatch's Ice Cream & Coffee. The place is tucked away in a small strip mall. The interior gives off an outdoorsy feel with wood on the wall, wood as tables, actual wood stump as stools. The walls also had a painted mountain range silhouette along with posters and maps about Bigfoot and its sightings. On the floor, there are Sasquatch/Bigfoot prints that lead to the ordering line. This is where the workers were helpful in explaining the menu where they pointed out their seasonal drinks, ice cream, cinnamon rolls and more. Once they pointed out their cookies... we were hooked (1 cookie for $1, 6 for $5, 12 for $12).. we got a variety of 6 cookies. They were soft, sweet, with a nice chew to them. They had one of the largest assortment of flavored syrups I have seen. Even carrying top brands: Torani, Da Vinci, and Monin. I chose the Peppermint Hot Chocolate (probably could use more chocolate) and a seasonal special Iced Graham cracker latte. (sugary and sweet like teddy grams in a Carmel macchiato) With the a nice menu full of flavors and numerous possible combinations of drinks and desserts (ex:cinnamon roll ice cream sandwiches) I would definitely come back to treat my sweet tooth or caffeine fix. I also recommend taking a look at their cool Squatch Merch while you are there!
