Truly loved everything about this restaurant. The outdoor terrace has a great vibe! The service was impeccable and the food was exquisite. I will definitely be going back soon! This plane is a hidden gem, it is behind a building and not easily seen on your first visit. I highly recommend this delicious restaurant.

Attended a private party at this well hidden gem. We accidentally drove past it because we were looking for and expecting signs - instead this place is nestled by West Coast University in Doral. There's limited seating indoors and some outside - but our first good sign was constant traffic of people getting takeout. We had a full meal consisting of multiple appetizers, a main, a palate cleanser and dessert. We were blown away by the meticulous quality and soul that went into this food! It was artfully and delicately prepared. My absolute favorite was their Osso Bucco Ravioli. Watching the chefs make this from scratch was a delight. The Focaccia trio was also spectacular - toasted flavors and rosemary perfectly set the stage for delicious filling of philly steak, mozarella, and prosciutto. The Osso Bucco was delicately and artistically prepared, both in presentation and in the preparation of the veal. Fantastic....would have it again. After all this we enjoyed a very refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse the palate and then finished it off with dessert. I highly recommend checking this place out....curious to try the pizza I kept seeing people walk out with boxes of, as well as exploring the rest of their menu. Delizioso!

Came to Cotto Pizza to celebrate a birthday celebration and I'm so glad we picked this place over ANY OTHER Italian place in Doral. I've tried most of them but hands down Cotto Is where you feel like the food is made with love the most !! All authentic Ingredients really make it for a perfect meal. We had a couple of margheritas that were cooked to perfection , we also tried the prosciutto which was very fresh. Definitely different. You have to try the Pear Fiocchetti , its out of this world. The attention was AMAZING from all the staff and the chefs look like they all love what they're doing. They were busy but still took really good care of us. If you want GOOD AND AUTHENTIC ITALIAN, Cotto is the ONLY place you should visit.

First time visit to Cotto pizza. I went for a private birthday party. We had a pre-set menu for the event and I was a bit skeptical. Boy let me tell you, the food and service was outstanding. For appetizer, we had the fish ceviche. The restaurant even accommodated my vegan family with a veggie ceviche which was delicious. Second dish was a delicious veggie focaccia and steak for the meat lovers. The final dish consisted of mushroom risotto with veggies. The meat loving family really enjoyed the osso bucco. I will return to try the regular menu items. The food was top notch delicious! We also enjoyed a tasty sorbet to cleanse the palate, and finished off with dessert. The place is very well hidden if you don't know it's there , nestled on the side of West Coast University in Doral. Seating is minimal inside but there's some outside seating as well. Parking is plentiful. Everything was made from scratch and we were very impressed with the quality of the food.

Grading the pizza here. Excellent. Not much more to say. Probably would opt for something other than sausage next time, but the pepperoni and extra cheese on the other half was fantastic. No complaints. I'll be back.

I visited this location because I was hungry and I wanted something nearby. This was my first visit. I had a "small" Brooklyn pepperoni pizza. It had a nice amount of char around the edges of the crust and an overall good taste. Not the best I have ever had, but certainly not bad. I would visit again and try something new. 4 stars.

Hidden gem, hole in the wall, whatever you want to call it Cotto Pizza is way more than just pizza as the name would suggest. This little cafe situated underneath the West Coast University may be in an odd location but don't let that stop you, the food is phenomenal. The owner and head chef Mauro really knows what he's doing and that passion for his food is apparent; nothing leaves the kitchen that isn't up to his quality standards. The first time I tried to order a Porchetta sandwich, something that's only available on Thursdays, he told me it wasn't available because he didn't like how the meat came out that day. That's integrity that I can appreciate! I have had it a few times since I can honestly say and the hype is real, right down to the amazing homemade bread it's served on. If pork isn't your thing, the Tuesday special roast lamb is served on the same bread, and there always seems to be something new and different on the menu that warrants frequent repeat visits. Lunch can get a little busy at times but service is always quick and friendly.

Every time I come to Cotto I feel more satisfied and reconfirm why I love so much this restaurant. Their food is amazing. They're not limited to just the menu, if you tell them what you want to it, 100% sure they'll try to please you. Maurizio and Viviana are charming like no other restaurant owners and the ambience is super nice. Feels so good to have an authentic Italian spot near home great seasoning and authentic Italian taste on every plat

Delicious!! We had the Margherita Pizza & Mediterranean salad & it was so tasteful. A plus is being able to watch the chef making our lunch. Love it & will definitely be back.

Cotto is my to go restaurant. I know some people think it's overpriced, which maybe so, but the food is always made fresh and delicious. They have a wide range of menu items throughout the day, and seem to have good customer service. Pictured in my review is the fried calamari and fries platter which is my favorite. All in all great restaurant. It is pricey, but they have daily specials.

Classic split hotdog, had awesome flavor, which they were bigger (maybe i was just too hungry). I really enjoyed hem, they were exactly what we wanted. Also ordered a side of Mac and cheese bites and i really loved the big macaronis that were inside, the cheese flavor in those was really nice and it comes with a spicy aioli on the side that turned it up a notch. I love spice so that was a great side dish for the hot dogs. It was okay and filling, my only concern is the price. For a $20+ burger, you would expect it to come with fries.... well it doesnt. When I asked if it came with fries, he nodded his head no and then put his earphone back in... Overall, if youre craving at burger and find yourself in Shoma, i guess you dont really have another option. But the service alone would stray me away from eating here. I wouldnt mind paying the high prices if I at least was treated right lol Shoma as a whole is clean, offers live music, and waitress staff is great. Parking is a little complicated and not free.

The location is convenient, and there are parking spaces. Not too many, but enough to have people coming and going steadily. We ordered bacon burgers with fries. They also have cheeseburgers and other toppings to choose from from the menu. You can replace the burger with chicken if you want. There are two vegan options too, good call, by the way--also, tequeños and different flavored chicken wings, and fries with cheese, or onions or bacon are available to order too. In the parking lot, there are a few small tables if you want to eat there or wait for your order. We chose to sit and eat there. We were not missing the experience of people-watch in Miami! We were there for 40 minutes, and cars stopped all the time. There was even a line at some point. So, the burgers were very tasty, right-sized, nothing overdone. The fries were okay too. We liked the place and the experience very much. A great option to consider for a late-night snack!

So most of us double tipped. I'd be less annoyed if the service wasn't horrendous. The waitresses (food runners) all seemed to have an attitude. They won't make eye contact or speak unless you address them specifically. They didn't even hand the food over; they make you grab it off their trays. Asking for anything like napkins, extra plates, sauces, silverware is a nuisance to them, yet you've just DOUBLE TIPPED for this terrible service.
