I called Westwood Hills today to get the name of the veterinary technician that injured my animal and they refuse to give me the technician's name, stating it is their job to protect the tech. And now I have to wait for a phone call from the practice owner to see if she's willing to give me the name of the technician so that I can file a malpractise claim. Do not take your animals here. It is solely about money... pharmaceuticals and food and whatever the practice owner says she cares nothing for animals. Nothing.
