    Pumpkin pie ice cream
    Phia Marie C.

Dropped by this cute, little farm from a trip to Ocean City. It was a nice way to greet the beginning of Fall with all the pumpkin decorations and display for sale. They have all kinds of pumpkins. I love their display! I love how they did it so organized, with labels and with prices. They also have a creamer and we went to try of course the Pumpkin Pie ice cream and it was to die for! We also ordered smores milk shake and it was also good. Farm fresh dairy and produce are truly the best! They have tables and chairs for people to dine out and the weather that day was awesome. They also had pumpkin patch and somewhat like a playground but that part you have to pay a fee to go in. But we saw a lot of kinds running around and having so much few so i think it is all worth the bucks! Ideal place for kids, and grown ups as well. If you're looking for pumpkins to take home and ice cream to enjoy for yourself before it gets really cold, drop by this place!

Randomly stopped here on our drive through Eastern Shore and had such a fun and cute experience. We went through their corn maze, had a rubber ducky race, and checked out there variety of pumpkins! Finally. We tried their delicious ice cream! Their portion size was huge! The medium scoop was the perfect amount to share for two!

Very family friendly! Kids have playground and swings to have some fun. You have a HUGE selection of all sorts of pumpkins. They have farms for fresh produce. My favorite,of course, is their ice cream!

2 scoops too big for the cone!

It's like a small town farmers market. It was like going to a better Trader Joe's. I will definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

I was a tad worried about having to pull onto US-50 after visiting the farm but it actually wasn't an issue.

A 16 minute hayride from Mr. Pepper is only $2 and the corn maze is $5 for 13 and older and cheaper/free for smaller children. They also sell other produce and snacks for cheap. Had such a fun time and definitely coming back next fall.

My husband and I came here with friends and their two four year old sons to pick out some pumpkins while enjoying our last day in Delaware. Parking was easy and they have tons of different pumpkins to choose from. I have to admit, we definitely found some nasty looking suckers, but there were also plenty of beauties to bring home. The kids loved hunting around for the best pumpkin, so it was a win regardless. You can walk through the patch to pick one you like, or they have some smaller pumpkins and super large ones already set aside in bins. Wheel barrows are there to use for your convenience. This was definitely a no frills pumpkin patch, but if pumpkins are what you're looking for than you've came to the right place! I was shocked at how inexpensive all the pumpkins were too. If you're bringing the kiddos along they also have a hay ride that runs every so many minutes. I want to say it cost somewhere between $2-5 to ride it. Definitely support local this fall and check out Mr. Pepper's!

There were lots of options, but…read moremany of the things we could find at a grocery store with better prices and potentially better quality. The peaches were hard which was a disapointment. We were hoping to find peaches that were more ripe because they were local. We found about two peaches that were a little softer but they had no smell. I was suprised that there were so few local items. If I wanted goods made in PA, I'd go to PA. I asked which produce items were local and it sounded like almost none of them. You can get baked goods, produce, bottled and jarred items like pickes, candy, meats, and "homemade" deli items. There were plants for purchase, some outdoor furniture, and a cafe. The best part of the place ended up being the animals. We fed some goats and took a phot with the large bull statue. I think this would be a great place to bring kids to see the animals. I don't think it's worth the drive if you're staying on the coast because it's mostly grocery store quality produce and items you can get for less elsewhere. But, if you need something to do with kids and you're close by, it's worth a stop.

On this visit, I tried the Blueberry Banana Smoothie and the Turkey Sandwich at their cafe. The smoothie was incredible, vibrant purple, perfectly thick. The turkey sandwich was equally impressive; the bread was toasted to a perfect golden brown, and the balance of the melted cheese and sauce made for a great brunch. Beyond the cafe, it's the perfect spot to grab some fresh fruits and baked goods for home. Definitely a local gem!
