This place was great! The interior is very nice and clean! They have a great system down to know when the customer is ready to order and when they have been taken care of. Everyone helps every table and work as a great team! Their food was absolutely amazing. Their poutine was one of the best we had while visiting Canada. Their burger was also phenomenal. I do find it funny that the kids burger is the same size as the adults and comes with fries, where the adult burger did not. But either way, they were great! My husband loved each beer he tried. I did have a wine, that was quite a small pour. But if that is the only negative, I'll take it! Highly recommend!

To be honest, my review is so low because the people who work here were so unfriendly. Our waitress and the man behind the bar were so unfriendly. Which is sad because the place itself is really cute inside and the beers were really good, as well as I really enjoyed our food. We got the poutine and burgers and they were amazing. But They should train their staff to be friendlier though!

Wow reviews don't lie about this place!!! Staff is so kind and has great recommendations. the flights are amazing to get to try a lot of their Hazy IPAs, loved the "what the F is flow" and the poutine was the best we've had in Canada. Was recommended the chicken sandwhich and told "there would be riots if we took it off the menu" AND THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. As a lover of chicken sandwiches this just may be the best one I've ever had. Must come if you're in the falls area and enjoy the patio with the calming atmosphere and great vibes. Wish I could come back again everyday!

This brewery came onto our radar when some of their big beer releases were shared in a Facebook beer group. The beers sounded great and we knew on our last visit to Niagara Falls that there wasn't great brewery options. We started following Counterpart on Facebook and planned a visit for a future trip. It was a pretty easy drive after crossing the border. It is in with a self storage place which is a bit weird. The brewery is light and bright. They have a nice patio. We were greeted and seated immediately. We knew we wanted to try a beer or two and grab some lunch before continuing on our journey. I tried a fruited sour which was flavorful and just a bit tart. It was tasty. I also appreciated they sold single cans to go as we were able to grab a few other options. Unfortunately they didn't have any of the stout and barleywines that kept catching our attention as they keep those as special releases. I hope to be able to try some in the future. As a lover of a good Banh mi I had to try the fried tofu Banh mi they offered. The tofu was crispy. The sandwich was super flavorful with a hint of spice. The bread held up well. It was delicious and I would always be happy to eat this. Also tried a crispy cauliflower taco which was very tasty. A lot of flavor packed into a little taco. My fiance said he could have eaten 6 of them. They have a wide variety of food on the menu. I love that it isn't just typical bar food. They had a lot of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be difficult to find at a brewery. This is a little off the main tourist area in Niagara Falls. It is a great spot to stop for some food and a good beer. Wide variety of both food and drinks. Beautiful space with friendly service.

Epic place! Visited on a chilly Sunday in March on our way back from a quick Niagara Falls March break trip with family and we had a great time. The space is beautiful, the servers were all super friendly and the food was absolutely delicious, like every single thing. Loved the games area they had set up in the corner of the main dining area - my three year old daughter and her cousin had a blast playing with the giant ring game and the pac man game as well. I didn't try any of the beer this visit but my hubby loved their suds and took a mixed six pack to go. Sad we don't live closer to this place but if you're reading this review, just go!

Considering this is a brewery first before a restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was here! We ordered the fried chicken sandwich (pretty spicy!), PEI mussels, and crispy fried brussels sprouts. The brussels sprouts were my favourite for sure. The ginger chili dressing, sesame, cilantro was the perfect balance! All the food was extremely delicious and great quality for the price point. Service was unique here as you had to scan the QR code for the menu but only press the button when you're ready to order and ready for the bill. You pay at the front. In terms of the beer, great selection of craft beers. My husband ordered this amazing stout that said it would taste like coffee crisp and it did!!! How amazing is that? Ample parking outside. The spot is located on a road that doesn't look as scenic as the rest of NOTL. It looks like a side street in Brampton where they do manufacturing and warehouses. But the inside is nice and industrial and the tables are wooden picnic table benches. Would definitely come back again and would highly recommend.

We were sure that our GPS had sent us in the wrong direction when we pulled into the parking lot for a storage facility. However, the brepub is located in the same building at the other end. We opted for outside seating on their patio, which was quieter than the echoing, rock music they were playing indoors at a high volume. The burger was delicious. The hummus platter was interesting with the spiced fried cauliflower being a real highlight. The beers were good and perfect for a 90 degree day.

It's very rare to find a brewery amazing food food - especially when the beer itself is top notch and worth traveling for The tasting room/restaurant is very well decorated (wood, metal and art), nice outdoor seating (even though we are in an office park setting) They really know how to do ipa here loved - Aerials Hazy IPA w/ Nelson Sauvin & Motueka - nice body. My favorite is Constellation - fruited pale ale. It's juicy and refreshing. Full Circle which is a dry hopped kolsch - just enough hops to make it more refreshing The staff is great - very patient with our 1500 questions about everything They also carry wine, seltzer and na drinks A true gem. Must check out

Decided to swing by for dinner. Was seated upstairs as the main floor was busy for dinner. Thought that was a good sign. You do have to walk up the stairs, no elevators. The drinks were OK. The service was also fair. But the food... wow. Everything was SO salty! I mean, every item we ordered! They all looked tasty, but it seemed like we ordered salt with a side of burger or fries or salad, etc. The gingerale was the tastiest thing for me, since it wasn't salty! Definitely developed some heartburn after. Not sure why... maybe because it is a brewery? It's loud downstairs, and ambiance is your typical brewery.

Absolutely love Counterpart Brewery. The food is great, Joe is an excellent creative chef and the beer is amazing. Do yourself a favor and pop in to this chill location. The craft beer is cold, tasty and fresh. Menu items are so delicious and trendy. You will love it. Cheers!

The bartender was the only person on the floor and she was very friendly. Her service was great and we enjoyed the pop punk collection she had playing the whole time we were dining in. We ordered some drinks and for food we shared a chicken club on sourdough and a Reuben. The food did take quite a long time to come out even though we were the only ones who ordered food at the time. The chicken itself was ok, a bit bland but had some good toppings and was well toasted. We had fries with this sandwich and it was very well fried and it came in a huge portion. The Reuben was ok, instead of the tangier russian dressing I'm used to this one was more straight mayo based so the flavors weren't what I was expecting. The marbled rye could have been buttered a little more when toasted as well. The amount of meat that it came with though was great and quite hefty. Both sandwiches also came with coleslaw and a pickle spear. The slaw was vinegar based and cut through the heaviness of the meat. I wish the pickle was more crispy though. All in all, a relaxed spot for lunch with good drink but ok food.

It was quiet and enjoyable. We ordered all 8 beers off the menu for the flight and some chips and guacamole which came out pretty quickly. The chips were warm and fresh and both the guacamole and the tomato salsa were good and flavorful. I thought I would have really enjoyed the peach radler and the cream ale, neither were as sweet as I thought they would be and not what I would consider a peach radler or a cream ale. I did really enjoy their premium lager and their red ale. I definitely enjoyed here more than the brewery itself, mainly cause the service was much better and the staff was friendly.

I decided maybe Virgil was close enough to try it, and oh my goodness - I understood at once why poutine is so popular. If you also hail from a poutine-less area of the world, fear not - done well, it's a great dish. The beer was also excellent. I can see why The Black Lager is Canada's most award-winning Schwarzbier. There are some really good schwarzebiers in my city, and Silversmith's is right up there with them. I also have a Nut Brown Ale, and a small size of the Motueka, both of which I would get again. They know what they are doing with their food and drink. And the atmosphere is really good as well. The old-church-turned-brewery is beautiful. I'll let the pictures in other reviews do it justice. The service was good. It was relatively busy the night I was there, but the service was still quick enough and even a bit conversational - I recall one of the bartenders worked at Silversmith in the warmer months, and travels southeast Asia in the colder months, which is pretty cool. I would likely be a regular if I lived in the area.

The food was more of a 3.5, but I think it was truthfully just what I ordered. For me, the roll was just too greasy to begin and then when they add the Italian dressing it ended up being difficult for me to eat. That being said, it's a given that it would be a heavier dish, but I didn't expect it to be quite so heavy. I stole some fries from my dining partner, and they were yummy. And if you couldn't tell, the pretzel was great (I took a bite before I took a picture. Whoops.) I do believe if I ordered something different (and the menu is quite extensive) I would likely have a better experience with the food, so I'd definitely come back. There were a few times it was difficult to get the attention of our waitress, but it was very busy on the day we were there. All in all not a bad experience, but not a stand out either.
