This location has a lot of great features. The cafe area has pizza, sushi, subs, salads, soups all ready to eat or made to order. They also have a large selection of pre-packaged items that can be eaten in or taken home to enjoy. The cafe space is clean and well maintained with a variety of seating options (including a small kids table area which is fun if you bring little ones). The parking lot is well lit and well maintained and has plenty of accessible spaces (including some marked for those that are pregnant or with small children). There is an amazing bakery with a wide variety of freshly baked goods, a large wine and beer selection, more varieties of cheese than you ever knew existed and tons of great meats and seafoods. The standard grocery store area of the store is well stocked, well marked and it is easy to find what you are looking for. They have a lot of their own branded products and they are affordably priced with a nice variety. Some of my favorites are their cereals and their sparkling waters. There are ample cashiers available and they are always courteous and efficient. Whether you are looking for a specialty item or just doing your weekly shopping, this Wegmans is wonderful.

This store is not busy for large portions of the evening yet somehow it's hard for the door watchers to be friendly And it seems like every time they hire a new employee they need to be babied for a month to learn how to provide reasonable customer service.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single employee I passed made eye contact, greeted me with a smile, and said hello. It felt warm, welcoming, and honestly a bit unexpected (in the best way). It was a refreshing change from the typical Walmart experience. This pattern repeated itself over & over for THREE DAYS until finally my groceries were delivered on the afternoon of June 13, 2026. I had multiple calls with your distribution center & their service was professional & they tried their best to get my deliveries, filing complaints & contacting the store directly but the Walmart store in Edinboro kept providing the excuse that no drivers were available. Was no one in their customer area getting deliveries over this 3 day period or was I the only one for some reason? Then I would get emails stating that I can always cancel the order or come to the store & pick it up. I did not pay for a Walmart+ Membership to drive to the store for my order. I could do that without the membership fee. I find this level of non-service unacceptable. I paid for a Walmart+ membership in order to get my groceries delivered. There is no excuse not to have a driver arranged especially since my orders are typically placed 12 hours in advance. I am in my 70's & rely on the delivery service for food & medicine. For 3 days I was denied this service that I paid a premium for.

The Co-op also has a kitchen that serves homemade soups, wraps, sandwiches and toast. They also make smoothies and fresh pressed juice. I tend to come here more for the fresh food than groceries but it's great that they have both available! This location does have a designated parking lot that's easy to find and you can always find a spot. The employees are always super friendly and helpful and the store is very clean.

I was traveling to a store in Fairlawn until some of the produce I purchased there were old, rotten--avocados looked like they were unedible or frozen and then defrosted but that is the subject of another review of THEM. Continuing with the nice produce from Heinens I am very happy with it. IF anything is ever not to my satisfaction they gladly give me a refund without a hassle. The people are super friendly and helpful. If I ask for help with something on a higher shelf due to a shoulder injury they are most willing to stop what they are doing and help. The checkout cashiers are likewise very pleasant. It is nice to go in and have a short chatty conversation about weather, products, or whatever might come up. Once I broke something throwing it away outside and within a few seconds someone came up and told me not to worry about it and cleaned it up straight away---no shame expressed to me for this embarassing thing. When I am in the store people always ask me in the produce department if they can help me find something. Heinens also sends me emails with deals specifically to my history of purchases. That is so cool. These personal deals are in addition to weekly deals. I would purchase more of the prepared foods if they did not contain so much of the canola/soy. Now I have not checked them recently but it seemed everything, as good as it looked had these oils I would rather avoid. I would like some organic choices with REAL olive oil for those of us who eschew the aforementioned oils. I know they try and carry organic products that are packaged---the more the better to increase my choices. One other thing is sometimes the smell of laundry soap or fragrance is somehow on fruit like peaches. Last year I brought them back with no issue but I would love to buy peaches and the thin skinned fruit there if it did not smell and hence tastes like eating laundry soap. So it is a nice shopping experience overall and using them now for my produce. Again, this is my first choice for shopping and go there several times a week. I stepped outside and that area appears to be closed basically cause I didn't see any products really out there with the exception of one employee sitting there on his phone. I went to use the ladies restroom and the stall I happen to walk into was absolutely disgusting somebody was seriously rude in that bathroom. So I went over to Customer Service to let them know and I stood there for 10 minutes while two employees had interaction and talking and even after they were done talking The employee behind the counter who was actually working did not address me or say, can I help you or anything. The Employee, who is obviously on break on my side of the counter, looked at me like oh my God she isn't addressing you were helping you my thoughts exactly I thought we conveyed that with our eye contact. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but apparently there wasn't one available only a service coordinator. When I spoke to him about Xavier W sitting on his phone instead of working and they're paying for that and I told him about the bathroom he seemed completely not bothered by it and just went on with his regular tasks. Some heads need to spin at the store so they can have better customer service. The prices are actually quite high here and when that goes along with poor Customer Service, I see no reason to really ever come back to the store again. I want to add I ran into Danielle P and the ladies department because I needed some questions answered regarding clothing and dressing, rooms, etc. she was amazing. Super kind and friendly. I was shocked, however, to find out that they sell all these clothes and no dressing room.

Just know that going in. And the store needs to keep track and restock those items. If you want people to shop and those are your specials. We don't want to see bare shelves of the specials, that's why we came in. Produce they are OK. Some ok specials and lots of choices. Prices are mediocre at best. Some sales are good and no sale price are not so good. You have to know prices. I think their deli counter is really high. I don't get any deli. Meat counter has some good specials. Everything else is high. They have decent prices on eggs, milk, bread, and cheese. All the Meijer brands are an ok deal as well. Around the holidays they also have some good sales and their prices are good. Turkey, ham, hamburgers, hot dogs. All holidays through the year. They also have clothes, shoes, pet supplies. Again. Sales decent otherwise prices are just OK. You need to be aware and know how much so you can take advantage of the sales. Overall, it's better than Walmart in my opinion but just a hair better. Be aware and shop what you need. It's OK to be picky.
