We drove about an hour to get there since we had an issue with online zales. We had a really good experience at this location and Zues was beyond helpful and was able to help us with getting a matching metal extender for my necklace. We also met Lupita and she was also nice. While we were there I was also able to get my wedding ring upgraded which I have been wanting do for a while. He was very knowledge, professional, and nice. Luckily they had an installment payment plan options which helped. I love that I was able to finally resize and upgrade this ring and finally wear the necklace. Both times I dealt with him I was very unhappy. He is EXTREMELY pushy and manipulative. The first time he sent my ring away to be fixed, he also had it 'redipped' which he assured me numerous times it would not happen as it weakens the strength. It was under warranty so I brushed it off but was still upset. The last time I dealt with him I told him many many MANY times to just fix the ring under warranty. He would not let up on telling me it needed to be thickened which was not under warranty and is over $500. After I would say ,"please just fix it under the warranty" he would shoot back that it really needs to be thickened or it will just break. I was in tears, I was so stressed out about making a decision and I left with him winning and now I have to pay a pretty penny for something under warranty. What a gross man who couldn't care less about making customers happy.

I was told when the ring was bought that 1 free size up is given if needed originally was going to only pay for 1 size upgrade because it was going from 7 to 9 which I got 1 free upgrqde. but ended up being 7 to 8. before coming to the store I had a conversation with Sal and he said he could have a week turn around which I said ok great that's a week faster then everyone else followed by if you really need it I could get it to you possibly by Wednesday Thursday latest. Sal wasn't the sales rep I dealt with but upon telling him this he went to Sal and confirmed. after finding out I only needed 1 size upgrade Sal said it would now cost 80 dollars for the ring to be sized because he is taking it out personally to make sure I have it by Wednesday or Thursday And I would be called when ready. this was on 5/22 To get the ring on 5/27 or 28th. it is now 6/2. My girlfriend called and asked about the ring and we got great news it's ready for pick up. However when asked about the express payment she was told it's now 60 dollars and they r taking the 20 off for the express order but it is 60 for the sizing Followed up by enough money wasn't spent for a free sizing and a life time warranty wasn't bought which was never brought up or discussed When the ring was purchased. All in all if they refuse to honor what was said. the ring will be payed for and picked up whether they our gunna honor what was said or not. but unfortunately will be the first and last purchase made from us there. 60 bucks isn't much money but you made promises and statements in which you failed to comply with and uphold. you never called about the ring being completed. my number was red back to me when the ring was bought. then today we are told they couldn't read the number or wrote it down wrong. We were told it was 80 dollars for the express services and now it's 60 dollars for a sizing and 20 bucks for express services. i was told I have 1 free sizing Which I was using from a 7-9 which means I pay for 1. But now that's it's a 7-8 I have to pay for the sizing and the express is only 20 That your going to take off. I'm sorry people Maybe spoke out of turn or pocket or just was speaking to make a sale but at the end of it all your not honoring what was said n agreed upon n changing it. Thanks for the ring. I still proceeded with the purchase. after all was said and done the watch given to me had a cracked crystal. was told the watch would get a new crystal rest of the watch was in acceptable condition . Months later, they instead brought me a different watch. I knew because there were other markings on the bezel that the first watch didn't have. they took it back and didn't get me another watch till over a year later. I was called for a service I took my watch in as it wasn't keeping time or functioning properly. they then told me to take it in to Rolex instead so it gets proper service. I went to a Rolex authorized dealer in my area and they quoted me 1,000+. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received with the company over all.
