My first impression I thought the place was great! Had an Italian cold cut sub and it was fantastic. Second time I got the same sub it was disgusting! For some reason they added yellow mustard to it. So upset, have been coming here for years and don't know if I will ever be coming back.... was waiting standing while other employees seen us two standing at the deli before 6:30 waiting for our order to be placed.... After waiting 10 minutes because we thought the deli worker was busy, he decides to tell us the deli is closed at 6:30! Yeah I am sooooo upset. Was looking forward to getting my regular order, but after this experience I cannot say I will be back anytime soon! Decent subs, made to order or premade at the counter. Sides and treats galore. Prices are good & comparable to Subway type places but the meat is better here!! Cups are sold as 32oz but are 28oz, yes that 4 oz matters to many people! Certain staff wasn't the friendliest but they haven't been around in a while so that's a plus. this little market has the best sandwiches I have had! the customer service is amazing, every single person that works there have a smile and outstanding service. this place is a great place for a quick stop for lunch, fill up fuel, and grab a cold drink. the selection of sandwiches are top notch. when the lady behind the counter is cooking for the grab meals, the wonderful small is so hard to resist ordering a bite. not enough people give recognition when deserved! i ordered a twisted tin with extra meat which includes turkey and bacon on 1-1-2025 at around 3:45 pm .my lady went to pick it up came home with it at 4:04pm and i go to unwrap my sandwich and its like 20oz of turkey and 2 pieces of bacon now if i am correct when ordering extra meat you supposed to get extra of what ever kind of meat that's on the sandwich meaning the bacon as well. plus the lady that made it slapped rotten veggies on there as well. i called up there with questions on why oh wait one more thing its comes on a pretzel bun i am allergic to jalapenos so instead of lettings us know they didnt have the bread that it comes with she just threw it together with what she chosen. so i call politely and she got angry with me that extra bacon is not meat so she didnt put extra beacon is meat (pig) correct then told to call the manger in the morning and hung up on me so thats i gave it 1 star and im reporting the situation to the BBB as well. this was a place i frequent often too. read more

I'm pretty sure this is the only gas station that I've ever eaten from. This place sells Boars Head and makes delicious sandwiches with Boars Head products. They also sell a selection of craft beer, it's a small selection but in this neck of the woods, it's hard to find anything of higher quality than Heineken. The gas is usually priced cheaper, it's Sinclair. Those few facts allow me look over the less forgivable qualities. Like the ladies that work her are pretty ornery. I first discovered this place in 2004 when my dad told me about their delicious potato salad they serve with their sandwiches. From that day to this, the same lady has made the sandwiches. I've never seen her crack a smile and she seems reluctant to write down your order but still, she makes some damn good sandwiches. They have a ton of freshly baked goodies and a deli cooler packed with ready to go meals. read more

I love the sandwiches at this place! I also live their great variety of beers and other alcoholic beverages. The two ladies behind the counter are obviously the old school neighborhood type which is pefeect for this part of tiwn. They definitely liked being asked about thier most popular sanwiches and obviously warmed up when we engaged them in conversation. The sandwiches were definately worth the wait! They were amazing! The blazing buffalo was awesome and a friend got the triple t which was also great! The bread was nice and soft and all the toppings were fresh. Great food! I will be eating here again. read more

I asked for avocado and didn't get that, but looking at the size of the tomatoes, pickles, and 6 shreds of lettuce on the salad, I can only imagine the 2 small slices of avocado I would get for 99 cents. Not fond of the service either. Cashier yelled at me that I had to get in line, as if I was going to grab the sandwich and run. Also you can charge $6.17 w/tax for a sad veggie sandwich, but can't charge me for the super sub with a drink special @$6.29 because it has meat? Maybe next time I'll get a super sub with no meat, then I can get my free drink. You need to seriously rethink your pricing strategy and train some better customer service. read more

I have been going to this store for over 13 years. Most of the staff is friendly but some are complete ass holes. Never been an asshole to me but I've witnessed some bad customer service from a few. My reason for a low score is because I used the atm in the store and never received my money but it charged 400 to my card. In my mind let me call my bank and I'm sure the atm company will see their money back was over that amount. My bank replaced the money until further investigation. Next thing I know my bank removed the money from my account saying the atm company said it was paid. Like hell it wasn't and you will not gett 400 of my hard earned money. So being that I have been going there for 13 years I figured I could talk to them about it. So guess what found out the owner personally owns the atm. I'm like ok cool we should be able to work this out. I go there and this guy that I know has to be the owner tall bald guy maybe 50-60 years of age. So I say hi are you the owner he said no. I asked do you know when he will be in or how he can be contacted he replies no. I asked if I could have his name he said no... all of this while being rude as hell. So I said well I had a problem.... before I could get it out of my mouth he jumps in and says we have nothing to do with that machine and you won't get your money back. This man was rude as shit but I kept it cool because I know what I'm going to do next. Come to find out the man I was talking to is the owner.. Your a lier and a sack of bull shit. First your not the owner and second you don't own the atm.. lies, lies, lies and you know you have my 400. Thing is always be careful when you own a business never know who your dealing with. This situation will be your longest nightmare I promise you that! I've already gotten started with what I need to do on my end and I won't stop slamming this place. Used to live just around the corner from this store, after work I stopped and grab me a sandwich and no lie sandwiches are good, I moved about 15min away and still I made an effort to come and get a subs and at the same time support local businesses but for the past two visits I've been very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. In one instance I waited 15min for a sub when the finally got to me I order a sub and since I stop eating pork I ask for my favorite sub and asked if it was ok to just have turkey instead of pork and I was told they can't do that, that I can't make changes and had to have it as it was, so I just head home with no sub, hungry and upset. A couple of week past and I wanted to try it again and give them another try, this time I just order turkey meat so I can make my own since they weren't able to make me a sub that I asked last time. As I was waiting in line to ask for the meat I had cranberry juice and a soda, I accidentally drop the cranberry juice and spill I told the gentleman behind the counter what happens that it was an accident and his answers was that it didn't matter that I had to pay for it, it was only $3 he was telling me how they can't get credit for spills drinks trying to make excuses why he was not able to tell me not to worry about it, mind you I spend $30 worth of meat. I pay for the meat and the gentlemen told me he "appreciate me," what a joke, actions speak louder than words...they probably thought I was a thief. I try to shop at local businesses and mom and pop stores but honestly I would not recommend this store. They lost a customer for a $3 drink. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I live not even a block away from this hell crummy place and will drive out of my way to the circle k. I dislike this gas station for a number of reasons. 1. It smells like death. I have been tempted to call and report the hygiene of this place. I've worked in a deli and it does not just smell like "deli meats and cheese". 2. The employees are rude. They care less if you're standing at the counter for 5 minutes waiting. Never say thank you or hello. Coming from retail I can appreciate when someone goes out of their way to be friendly. 3. They're products are expired and overpriced. Went to buy some v8 and it was almost a year over expiration. 4. They sell cut in half 30 packs of beer as "15 packs" I'm pretty sure this can't be legal. Honestly, if I didn't hate this place so much I wouldn't care. 5. There hours are inconsistent. They don't have posted hours and they open and close and random hours each day. 6. No cash back. This is 2012. 7. They won't do "cash fill up" meaning charge my card until the tank is full. Again. This is 2012. Dont waste your time or energy waiting in line at this dump.
