You basically have to go in and talk to someone at the Photo counter to dispute that the order hasn't actually been picked up. I'll still do it to support Walgreens as a whole, but this location has a very painful process. The guy gave me a $12 wash for $9. He spent sometime prepping my car before it even went in. You could tell he was taking pride. He ran over just to swipe my card for me. Places like this, your lucky if the kid does any pre-wash or even cares. I gave the guy a $10 tip. All the prep work was done in the hot sun. Much respect.
