I asked for it to be taken back and recooked to medium-rare and was told that it was already medium-rare. When they did take it back, I got the steak back at medium-well. Way overcooked and now slightly leathery and almost zero pink, the fibers were contracted and there was little rendered fat left in the meat. I am highly dissatisfied with their steak and do not recommend to anyone who cares for a quality steak. $30 for a steak that could easily be made better at home. On another note the rest of the food and service was alright.
