Supposedly the mechanic at this shop wasn't going to pay for a computer to clear such codes either. I told this to my husband and at the time he didn't want to take it back since they already had it at the shop for a week or so. Later on down the road we took our RV to Reno, obviously the brakes were not going to fix themselves and even though my husband cleared the code for the ABS, it still stayed on. I called back a few times to get our RV in but something always came up on our side and couldn't make it in. Finally I called back, we weren't busy, nothing outstanding and asked if it was OK to bring in our RV, and she said sure. A few months ago, I spoke with Rhonda and she informed me she was training someone to take her spot, she was going to retire, and when I did call and found out that it was fine to bring the RV in, we did. When we rolled up we noticed how slammed they were with RVs in their lot, we spoke to the mechanic, told him the issue, that it was warranty work etc, he was good with that, and as we were departing he asked if we were in a rush, we were, but we weren't. I called after a week when our RV hadn't budged and asked about the status, the lady indicated they got slammed "all of a sudden" with a/c issues and they were emergencies. We have a camera on top of the roof of our RV and to be honest, I never saw anything different from when we dropped it off to when i went to talk to this lady at the office. When I went in to talk to her, I asked very kindly if someone could keep me abreast with what is going on with my RV, and she told me someone will. When Rhonda was running this office, she would either email me or call me, plus, she would know how busy they were and give me the best time to bring in my rig, since we live a fair piece away. This person that Rhonda hired to "take over" her job is useless....Our rig sat in their parking lot for 3 weeks without it beig looked at, and when my husband called the monday morning before picking it up, the lady told him that nobody had looked at it and all the workers had walked out. I can't say that I am surprised, when I walked into that office all they were doing were sitting on their asses and talking to one another. I DO NOT recommend anyone to take their RV there because they don't work on warranty work, and the mechanic they had there before that did the job on our RV, did a shitty job! We are going to find a Ford dealership to fix their work and sending them the bill. We payed over $4,000 for this work, and for them not to back up their work is shitty and irresponsible. Rhonda would of not let this happen. Very unhappy customer.

He attempted to walk us through how to get the door to close and stay shut but it involved a lot of strength that neither my husband nor myself have. We had to vacate our RV space by 11am. Manny showed up and got it taken care of immediately and we were on our way in record time. Best of all he did not charge us for a service call or for his time. We highly recommend them and we will be using their services if needed when we visit the area again.

The first red flag was when I had to tell staff to watch a YouTube video explaining how to lower the car using the factory adjustment bolts. While the car was there, they diagnosed an issue with my exhaust cutouts and recommended a repair kit. After installation, the kit immediately scraped on normal roads and started malfunctioning within a week. I returned the car multiple times, willing to pay for whatever was needed to properly fix the problem. Instead, the issue got worse, additional vibration noises developed, and I received conflicting explanations every time. The biggest problem was communication. My car sat at the shop for three weeks, and I constantly had to contact them for updates. Most communication was handled through text messages, and weeks would pass without anyone reaching out to me. When owner Brandon later accused me of speaking poorly to his staff, I was shocked. The only thing I was doing was trying to find out what was happening with my car because nobody was communicating with me. As a customer whose vehicle had been sitting there for weeks, I believe I had every right to ask for updates. After three weeks, I was suddenly told that additional exhaust modifications were needed, something that was never mentioned in the beginning. Why it took multiple visits and weeks of delays to discover this remains a mystery. The final insult was the condition of my car when I got it back. I delivered it fully detailed and specifically asked that it be kept indoors if stored overnight. After sitting there for weeks, it was returned filthy, covered in dirt, hard water spots, and environmental damage. When I expressed concern, I was told, "This is Pahrump." To make matters worse, while I was waiting to pick up my car, another customer in a gray Dodge pickup was loudly arguing with the staff over similar problems, which I partially videoed. Watching that interaction only confirmed that I wasn't the only customer experiencing serious issues with communication, workmanship, and customer service. I actually wanted to speak with the gentleman because he was describing many of the same frustrations I had been dealing with. I was trying to support a local business and keep my money in the community, but that decision ended up costing me time, money, and frustration. I am a 58-year-old man and have never written a Yelp review before. This is my first one. That alone should say something about how strongly I feel about this experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ross Speed Shop. Poor communication, questionable workmanship, repeated failed repair attempts, excessive delays, and a lack of accountability made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

The work they did do was adequate except one of my tailgate support straps was missing and the replacement silverado placard is lifting off the tailgate already. They knocked money off what I owed for breaking the window but the whole experience was a freaking nightmare, and I had to come up with a repair myself for the canopy due to them being unable to replace the window. A few weeks ago, I purchased a Kawasaki Z125 from the dealership and worked with Travis throughout the process. During our initial discussions, I was told my monthly payment would be approximately $50-$60. After my financing was approved, I was asked to return to the dealership instead of being informed over the phone that the payment amount had DOUBLED. When I arrived, I was told the payment would actually be $100 per month, then "no more than $107." After completing the purchase and reviewing my financing paperwork at home, I discovered my actual monthly payment is $112. This was not what had been represented to me during the sales process, and I believe the final payment amount should have been clearly and accurately disclosed before I signed the contract. I also made it very clear that I was concerned about whether I needed a motorcycle endorsement to legally ride the Z125 on the streets of Pahrump. I specifically asked because this was an important factor in my decision to purchase the motorcycle. I was told that if the motorcycle was registered as an off-highway vehicle (OHV), I could legally ride it on local streets (excluding Highways 160 and 372) without obtaining a motorcycle endorsement. After researching Nevada law and speaking with local law enforcement, I learned that this information was incorrect. As a result, I purchased a motorcycle believing I could legally ride it under circumstances that were not actually permitted. After I raised these concerns, the owner, Kevin, offered to pay for my Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) course $251 & pay for registration. While I appreciate that an effort was made to address the situation, it does not resolve the additional expenses and inconvenience I now face, including travel to Las Vegas for the course, fuel costs, possible lodging, time away from work, and the difficulty of legally transporting the motorcycle until I meet Nevada's licensing requirements. Not to mention $251 doesn't cover the course & the registration. The motorcycle itself was priced at $3,699, yet the total amount financed is $6,776.83. That makes it even more important for buyers to fully understand every financing term, fee, licensing requirement, and legal obligation before signing any paperwork. What concerns me most is that during my conversation with Kevin, he acknowledged that Travis had caused similar issues with customers in the past. However, I was also told by Kevin's wife that nothing like this had ever happened before. Those conflicting statements left me questioning whether these problems are being taken seriously. This purchase was especially meaningful to me. My brother was killed in a motorcycle accident on July 7, 2025. Buying this motorcycle was my attempt to overcome my fear of motorcycles and find some personal healing. Instead, what should have been a positive experience became stressful, confusing, and incredibly disappointing as well as financially straining. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Parker's Kawasaki is simple: * Independently verify every financing term. * Research Nevada licensing and registration requirements yourself. * Never rely solely on verbal explanations. * Get every promise, representation, and clarification in writing before signing anything. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. Buyers deserve accurate information, complete transparency, and confidence that they are making an informed decision.
