If I could leave zero stars? I would. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Parker's Kawasaki in Pahrump and hope my experience helps other buyers avoid the same situation. A few weeks ago, I purchased a Kawasaki Z125 from the dealership and worked with Travis throughout the process. During our initial discussions, I was told my monthly payment would be approximately $50-$60. After my financing was approved, I was asked to return to the dealership instead of being informed over the phone that the payment amount had DOUBLED. When I arrived, I was told the payment would actually be $100 per month, then "no more than $107." After completing the purchase and reviewing my financing paperwork at home, I discovered my actual monthly payment is $112. This was not what had been represented to me during the sales process, and I believe the final payment amount should have been clearly and accurately disclosed before I signed the contract. I also made it very clear that I was concerned about whether I needed a motorcycle endorsement to legally ride the Z125 on the streets of Pahrump. I specifically asked because this was an important factor in my decision to purchase the motorcycle. I was told that if the motorcycle was registered as an off-highway vehicle (OHV), I could legally ride it on local streets (excluding Highways 160 and 372) without obtaining a motorcycle endorsement. After researching Nevada law and speaking with local law enforcement, I learned that this information was incorrect. As a result, I purchased a motorcycle believing I could legally ride it under circumstances that were not actually permitted. After I raised these concerns, the owner, Kevin, offered to pay for my Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) course $251 & pay for registration. While I appreciate that an effort was made to address the situation, it does not resolve the additional expenses and inconvenience I now face, including travel to Las Vegas for the course, fuel costs, possible lodging, time away from work, and the difficulty of legally transporting the motorcycle until I meet Nevada's licensing requirements. Not to mention $251 doesn't cover the course & the registration. The motorcycle itself was priced at $3,699, yet the total amount financed is $6,776.83. That makes it even more important for buyers to fully understand every financing term, fee, licensing requirement, and legal obligation before signing any paperwork. What concerns me most is that during my conversation with Kevin, he acknowledged that Travis had caused similar issues with customers in the past. However, I was also told by Kevin's wife that nothing like this had ever happened before. Those conflicting statements left me questioning whether these problems are being taken seriously. This purchase was especially meaningful to me. My brother was killed in a motorcycle accident on July 7, 2025. Buying this motorcycle was my attempt to overcome my fear of motorcycles and find some personal healing. Instead, what should have been a positive experience became stressful, confusing, and incredibly disappointing as well as financially straining. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Parker's Kawasaki is simple: * Independently verify every financing term. * Research Nevada licensing and registration requirements yourself. * Never rely solely on verbal explanations. * Get every promise, representation, and clarification in writing before signing anything. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. Buyers deserve accurate information, complete transparency, and confidence that they are making an informed decision. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. If you're willing to make the drive to Las Vegas, I believe it's worth considering dealerships with a stronger reputation for transparency and customer service. read more

I've used this business twice before and was very satisfied. This time I needed a new front tire and tube for my Honda trike. Since they had a good reputation I felt comfortable going there. I paid for the tire upfront because they needed to order one. When I picked up I had to pay an additional $40 bringing the total to $399.66. I didn't think to look it over inside but when I put it on the tailgate of my truck I noticed it had a date code of April 2023. I went in and told them and they didn't seem to care. They told me that is what their supplier sent them. I would think they would complain to their supplier and find a different one that would send them more current products. When they saw the code on the tire they should have at least called and told me before mounting it. I am very disappointed in this business and will really have to think long and hard before returning there. My wife had her eye on a new 650 Vulcan but I surely will not be buying there. read more

I purchased 4 ATV's in the past from Parker. Now I own a CanAm and was worried I would have to go to Vegas for service. But after I ran into issues, I called them and spoke to Phillip who immediately got my UTV in for repairs. The service I received was beyond outstanding. Every issue was quickly resolved and at a very reasonable price. I feel like I have made new friends with everyone there. I've referred all my friends from the race track. These guys are the best! Super Expensive to mount and balance a tire. Work was fine but double what most places charge because they are the only game in town. Stated they had never seen a tubeless spoked wheel, KTM 1190 Adventure R. Unless it is an absolute emergency, ride the extra 45 miles to Las Vegas and forget this place exists. read more

19/2016 We went in the other night for the first time just to check prices out. Employees were very friendly and we were greeted right away by a young guy who was very knowledgeable about motorcycles, My husband has owned a Motorcycle ever since he was young so he has been wanting to stop just to see what the prices were like now and compare to Vegas prices. They have a great selection of race motorcycles and they do sell some used as well and they sell accessories and even clothing. Great place for people who do own motorcycles they fix them here as well. Stop here if your ever looking for something they seem to be up on all the newest laws and things to know. read more

Sales guy is best sales guy ever!!! For himself and owner. Once you buy something all guarantees and warranties are null and void. They use excuses like "we are too busy" "try back next week" "Kawasaki won't answer us". When I was persistent for 3 MONTHS I was finally answered by owner with yelling and threats! BTW...all the accessories I ordered were either installed incorrectly, not installed, or...perhaps used? And all done by OWNER'S SON! Who proceeded to lie to my face about why parts were installed incorrectly or just plain missing. They haven't made good on nearly $2000 worth of accessories, causing damage to vehicke, and wasting hours and hours of my time. The newest excuse/threat is that did a $900 service for free..so I shouldn't complain. What is a $900 service??!!! They didn't even remove skid plates or blow out filters! I was skeptical if they even changed the oil...so I took to an outside mechanic who found heater installed incorrectly, oil dirty, and nothing cleaned out...also skid plates installed incorrectly, wrong part, and rubbing on tires. Never buy from this place! Anything. Not worth the convenience of being local...unless you're looking to be verbally abused and ripoed off. read more

I own a 2020 Polaris 450 and was in need of a first time service. I checked Polaris dealerships in Mesquite Nv. and Las Vegas Nv. Prices were $350.00 to over $400.00. I do live in Pahrump Nv. so I decided to call the Kawasaki dealership in Pahrump and they assured me they could take care of me . The minute I walked in the dealership the young lady that was in charge of customer service greeted me and went out of her way to answer all my questions. The service dept. was equally very friendly and helpful. It took about 3 hours and they called and told me the service was done. When i was told how much the bill was I could not believe it. The bill was $126.00 and the service dept. went over all the details with me and took the time to explained all that had been done. I am old school and do not see fairness and great service like Parker's Kawasaki displayed. They do have a life time customer in me and I will tell anyone who wants to listen that this is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with and I have worked with many!!! I was visiting the area from out of town and needed new tires mounted. I had called in advance and had an appointment, but I showed up early so I was prepared to spend several hours and wait. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating, let me unload my gear in the shade and get comfortable. Before I knew it my bike was in the service area, I barely had time to pick out some new gloves for my off road adventure and the bike was ready. Amazing. The service manager even gave me a discount from the already reasonable quoted price, and I was on my way! At a time when retail shops are struggling to compete with online vendors, it's even more remarkable that this kind of friendly, expert service is out there. They had a great selection of gear and knowledgeable staff helping everyone who walked in the door. I can totally understand being frustrated by people at the fireworks store next door parking in your lot, you have every right to call a tow truck or whatever, what you did was absolute rude and complete immature and unprofessional. When your owner or some employee came out, we politely said we didn't know who owned the car, after not being able to find the owner in the line outside the fireworks store you went over to a truck and blared the horn for a whole minute! Who does that!! People in that line already told you it wasn't their car so why do that to them, there may be someone with sensory issues, you never know, being the mother of a special needs child who will grow up to be an adult with special needs that won't be visible I always pay attention to things like that. Grow up and handle the situation like a professional who wants their business respected instead of a crybaby jerk! read more

Walked into the establishment just to look around at first but right there on the floor was the exact bike my husband has been eye-balling on line for the past month. He was just going to wait for a couple weeks then me, being a good wife said "why are you going to wait for something you have been looking at for a month and why did you bring me down here? " So glad I spoke up for 2 hours later he rode his new bike home. He is extremely happy that I did not just follow his lead and talked to several employees there. He got what he wanted and all the staff members were so helpful with convincing him that today was the day to get his bike. Really happy with these guys here. Got stranded on a motorcycle camping trip and needed both tires replaced, and a coolant system service. Also got an oil change because at that point, why not. They got me in at 1000 just like they said they would. All the works they did was up to snuff and nothing seemed shoddy. What impressed me the most was the management of customer expectations as far as price and time to complete work. They told me that this will be 4-5 hours [I already knew this]. They were very upfront and honest when setting expectations, this is something you don't often find in a service shop. I called to check on then the bike would be done they told me 90 minutes. So I figured 2-3 more hours. But they called something like 85 mins later and said it was done. I showed up and it was ready to roll. These guys did pull off a heck of a save in the middle of a 3 day weekend motorcycle camping trip. If you're in Pahrump and need a bike shop go here!
