Within 20 minutes I got a call telling me they were on their way and would arrive in 20 minutes. The guy arrived on time, got my vehicle running and said that he thought the battery was bad. If you use this company check your receipt. The driver felt like he needed a tip that day and added $17 to the bill. When I called their very unprofessional clerk she argued and seemed to feel I was making this up. She is having the tow truck driver call me, not sure why? I never asked him to put a tip onto the bill, yes I signed it only because I had been sitting on the side of the expressway for 2.5 hours because another tow company never made it. Country Sides service is not the issue here, the additional charge is. Apparently they need money. I would not recommend this company and have reported them to the BBB and our insurance company. read more

The absolute best service I have ever received! After hitting a deer really late one evening, their tow-man came very quickly. It seemed like within 10 minutes. When I found out my car was totaled I went to empty out my car and the gentlemen were more than accommodating. Immediately the gentleman who towed us came out to ask how our puppy was doing after the accident. It was awesome that he put the effort into showing interest in his customer. Unfortunately, their lot was flooded but they allowed me to drive back to my car to avoid getting too muddy and apologized profusely for nature's muddy mess. They made several offers to assist me with cleaning out my car. Once I was done my shoes were a little muddy from the lot so they asked me to come in to clean up. After attempting to wipe them down, unsuccessfully I might add, one of the gentlemen offered to hand wash my shoes for me. WOW! Then he showed me the bathroom so I could wash up. As if that weren't enough... I forgot to take my license plate off of my car. I called and explained that it was an hr drive and I would rather just pay for shipping it to me. Then, I realized I forgot to empty out my middle console (I can be an idiot under stress). I told them to please split the cds up among themselves but please send me the one irreplaceable cd. They sent me everything! Too often customer service is overlooked. These men and women went above and beyond and did not reach out with greedy little hands to see what they could get out of the situation. I wish I could send everyone I know to them but unfortunately I do not know anyone over that way. So if you are in that area and tragedy strikes your vehicle, call them immediately. We have never had a problem with them and have been using them since they opened. They have traveled out of their normal area to tow us. They were very generous and allowed us to make payments.
