Dispatch called me back and apologized because she messed up and it was going to be a little more due to the distance. Driver showed up less than an hour later, got my car lifted and to the tire shop in no time. He then offered to wait until I got a ride When I stated I'd just walk, he said he wouldn't let me do that because it was negative outside with windchill. He said he'd just give me a ride down the road to my building, and risk getting in trouble. Every aspect of this company was very friendly and professional. My family and I were in Okemos for a Juniors' Volleyball Tournament and had a serious tire/rim issue on our BMW 5-series. It turns out that one of the vehicle's rims had a 1.5 inch crack in it and was losing air rapidly. Despite being very busy on a Saturday, these folks worked me right in (after Dian spent a lot of time on the floor in nice slacks diagnosing the problem) and "patched" up the rim so my family could safely get back home (about 200 miles away). They did not have and could not get a new rim in time for my return home, so they did what great service personnel do - they provided me with a safe, reliable short-term SOLUTION. I am not a regular customer of this dealership and had never been to this place of business in the past. They had no reason to go out of their way to help, but did so anyway. Every one I encountered was determined to assist me with my problem. During my time in the greater Lansing area, every place I went and everyone I encountered placed a premium on customer service; and I for one, am grateful and impressed. The shop did not disclose that damage had been done to the muffler because the insurance would pay for the muffler but not the pipe. But they didn't offer the option to pay for the pipe myself until I drove the "all fixed" car for three days and realized something was wrong with the muffler. Everything went downhill from there, with a whole day wasted when they were supposed to fix the muffler but didn't get the parts to do it. The staff was surly and would not use my correct name. The manager argued with me about my experience when I complained and tried to gaslight me about what happened. Don't go here!
