As we were checking out, one of the cashiers was complaining about each customer as they left her register. I heard her complain about how much she hates when customers don't speak English and I heard her call another customer entitled. Unfortunately, she did not have her name tag on. In addition, another staff member was using the restroom and was verbally swearing. She was in the stall for over 5 minutes and then left without washing her hands.
