I had already heard great things about this company from other Manor residents. I needed my a/c running again, and on a very hot day. I know they're staying very busy right now, but a tech showed up rather quickly after calling them. Part of my problem was in an area that they're not obligated to mess with. But my tech Anthony didn't want to leave me high and dry. He took the extra time to make it work and test all of my equipment. I have an older unit, so he check freon levels, examined every part of my a/c and heating unit. Didn't force any extra services on me, but pointed out things to look out for in the future that might indicate anything keep it from running at peak efficiency. Another company, I know I would've paid a lot more for a fraction of what Anthony did. Trevor and his crew are fantastic. They're professionals that know their craft, but also know how to really take care of their customers. That alone will have me calling them first every time I need this kind of service. And will always recommend them first, should I know someone needing the same services. We really lucked out!! We had Treavor, Anthony and James come out to help us. Super warranty company sent them When out AC went out less than 48 hours after closing on our new home. Not only is treavor easy to work with an get ahold of he actually fought for us to ensure we would have the RIGHT repairs made. Someone half assed the job with our current home but the guys came in and not only were professional and courteous but got the job done right. We did have some costs we decided to cover outside of warranty to make sure the hvac system was fully updated, the price was extremely reasonable. We plan to keep these guys which is big for us bc my husband used to work for Casa mechanical, but the prices and service couldn't be beat. Not that it matters but they also have very very good personalities and respect your home and property an although that may not matter to some it really made us like them even more, we feel confident we were given the right information, and equipment, there was so up selling thank you guys!!!! I am writing this review to give you a real experience I had with this company. You'll notice I gave 5 stars. I never give 5 stars unless earned. I had problems with my house not cooling and finally call the local company that my neighborhood app had good things to say about. Anthony came out and checked my unit said I needed Freon. Cooled great for a few days then froze up all the way. I already knew it was getting close anyway. Trevor came out and explained everything I work in commercial HVAC mechanics myself. After meeting this Army veteran whose a local businessman made me feel good about my decision. Long story short we both discovered the builder put a little bit too small of a unit .I got a correct sized evaporator and a great warranty for WAY less that the others charge I called many and checked around . Next day Anthony returns with the unit gets to work replacing everything was very polite and professional. Most definitely would recommend this company to anyone in our area . I was referred do Country Thyme by a friend of mines a couple of years ago. These guys are AMAZING!! I've dealt with Country Thyme Ac- specifically Mike and Anthony a couple of times and they have never let me down! I've had my HVAC system repaired a few times and I can truly say they are honest, efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule to diagnosis my issue. I've called other places and were put on the schedule 2 weeks out. Trevor was incredible. There is no worse feeling than having your A.C. Go out in Texas! He was really prompt really personable and more than all really trustworthy! I feel like I got a great deal and great service and service I can trust. I took a chance on country thyme based on the great reviews I found and they seem to live up to and take pride in all of those reviews. It feels great supporting a local business owner that takes his work serious and his customers opinions personal. I called at 2 pm and he was at my house by 5:30. He had to order a part, but advised me on how to keep my house cool until the part came in. He quoted me one price, the part cost more than what he quoted me. He kept the original price. What can I possibly say that hasn't been said already? If you are anything like me, you've read the other reviews. Yes and yes, they are ALL legit. Communication was flawless. Anthony came out and checked the hot box we called home. Turns out our ac blower motor decided this worldly place was too much. If the summer heat with no ac wasn't enough, we found out our manufacture warranty had recently expired (insert Homie Simpson "doh" here). Anthony got a new motor and installed it with lightning speed. He was professional, knowledgeable and had no interest in upselling anything. Trevor is AMAZING!!! We are new to the area and work crazy hours so when our a/c went out I had no clue where to start much less had the time. I called 7 different places and NOBODY was answering. I was so frustrated but got back on the internet and found his number. I called and he actually answered the phone and made time to come out to my home the same day. From my experience with this situation this is unheard of because when I finally got call backs from other places they were telling me they wouldn't be able to get to my home until two weeks out. Great company! Anthony was quick to fix my unit! When my AC first went out he came out right away (11pm!) to check why it wasn't working and tried to get it running immediately! Unfortunately the unit was at the end of its life! But Anthony was able to get me a great price ($1000 less than other quotes and a better unit) and quickly replaced the unit! I appreciate the flexibility, ability to work quickly, cost efficiently, and professionalism in changing out the unit in the summer heat! So, I got home Monday evening and it was a blazing fire in my home. It felt like it was 200 degrees and I didn't sleep well. The next day I called a few well known AC companies and scheduled an appointment with one of them. In the mean time, I had also left a message with Country Thyme because I found them on Angie's List. Just had them over to the house and I am more than happy with the service, Ive had a service contract with another company for about 2 years and will never use another company. My wife and I wanted to change out our system and had a few other quotes and saw these guys on facebook and read all the great reviwes so we gave them a shot. Your employee probably shouldn't drive with road rage when driving the company vehicle, phone number and logo on the rear.
