They were always available to talk with us, always answered our questions, did amazing collision damage repairs, and were incredibly friendly and personable. We felt total confidence with them, and we were indeed in "great hands" with Jason and the team. Country Tyme went above and beyond expectations - and then some! Out tow hitch had snapped, ending with our car in the back of our motorhome. The first place we went for an estimate took two weeks to get an estimate to us, and the estimate was outrageous. The second place we went to, couldn't come to terms with the insurance company. The insurance adjuster recommended we go to Country Tyme. He said they really did excellent work and he was correct! We recently bought a new, bigger towing capacity, truck with the agreement that we get a bigger RV. We went to the RV Expo and found something that we liked but we trust Tom so we went back to Traveltown to ensure we had the best trailer and price. Tom, again, made us feel listened to when we told him the weight and amenities that we wanted. We have camped in two State Parks and a week and a half in the National Forest in Missouri. Tom exceeded our expectations a second time with our RV and towing setup.

This was a tester for our family, we were unsure if we wanted to buy an RV this year or not. Well, these guys made it so easy we will be RV more often, but why buy when these guys make it a breeze. It might be good to note that we spent about a week trying to book with two other companies, who would just not respond. Their websites said they would reply within 24 hours. The only response we ever got from one is they charged our credit card $3500.00 without confirming the reservation. Oh, and by the way, we were leaving on Thursday and Tuesday is when we finally reached out to American Dream Vacation. Two of the windows on the RV literally fell onto the roadway which we were traveling. They tried to blame us for the windows falling out!!! WTF Below is the full list of issues we had with the RV: - When we left Austin the glass window fell out on bedroom window onto the roadway - On our way back to Austin, we lost a second window on the dining slide out onto the roadway - Air conditioner not working in main room, E4 error code - 24/7 support not available, voicemail box full. - Roadside assistance said they couldn't help us with any of the problems - 7' broken wood board on slideout, fell and almost hit daughter in the head - The gauge on the freshwater tank doesn't work so can't tell if there's any water or not. Only discovered on the 3rd day the tank was full of water - Water fill hose leaking at connection, spraying water all over. We couldn't use the camp site water because of issue. - Hot water doesn't work on kitchen faucet - Back up camera not working - Various windows/mechanisms broken and taped on outside with shipping tape - Broken screen door handle - No key for outside storage locks - Leg on Queen bed is loose/broken - Door on bedroom doesn't stay closed or latch - Window shade in bedroom is broken - Right rear view mirror very loose - Kitchen drawers won't stay set - Slide out panel controls are reverse - Check engine light was on the whole trip. My wife and I stopped in to take a look at Travel Trailer's and being experienced RVers knew exactly what we were looking for. We told Josh Piercy what we were looking for and he singled out three trailers to show us. All 3 fit exactly what we had in mind. Josh was really laid back and there absolutely no pressure on us. We left the dealership that day undecided about which trailer or whether we wanted another one at all. This Rockwood is a very well built trailer and Ron Hoover understands what makes it takes to have a safe and enjoyable camping experience. On first trip after first repair, unit had solar charging issues. Went back to Crestview Buda. Unit was then sent to Crestview Georgetown for their solar "expertise". Unit still there. Phone calls result in more delays. After 6 months, family member still doesn't have the RV and Crestview has no idea when it will be ready after promising it wil be ready but its not.

Went in for a part after I had a blowout on my camper. I know the part was $72. The parts guy told…read moreme there is a 40% up charge. He then told me total was $120, before taxes and shipping. I'm not a mathematician but I know 40% of $72 is not $48. I argued with him for a few mins but then realized it was completely pointless. He just pointed at the screen and said "that's what the system is calculating." I left and called three other authorized Grand Design dealers and they all gave me a quote of $99. I just felt like he was intentionally trying to rip me off...or apply the "Boerne tax.". If you go there, just double check all the prices they give you. Felt slimy. I won't be back there for anything. Too bad, I know I would have upgraded my camper before too long and this would have been my first stop.
