They are closed for unknown reason for over a year. Prior to closing best taco Tuesday in the area.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but the bacon ranch wings were some of the best wings I've ever had.

It filled up fast, and there was a lively bar crowd, and also an engagement party celebration upstairs. All of the servers were so friendly, and happy to share their favorite dishes and beers, etc. We started with the wings, which were great, and then we had the house salad with salmon and the burger and fries. OK, I did not order the burger and fries, but my boyfriend did, and I ate half the fries on his plate, they were that good! Great, friendly, with generous pours for wine, and just a really friendly, great place with perfect food for a winter day. I wish I could find a place like this in Washington, DC.

There's a lot of potential here, but when your wagyu burger costs more than Le Diplomate's iconic burger in DC, I'm expecting something amazing. Every ingredient was very seasoned on its own, but when combined, the burger was overwhelmingly salty. I could barely taste anything besides salt. The cocktails were also overly sweet, and I regrettably had to send them back a couple of times. That said, our waiter's service was excellent. But this place needs a lot of improvement. Way too salty, too greasy, and overpriced.

High Dive is an interesting mashup. From the name and the first impression inside, it reads as a…read moredark, slightly dingy dive bar, and it fully delivers that vibe. Then you open the menu and realize there is a surprisingly large Hawaiian themed food selection. It is not really a restaurant, though. It feels like a bar first, with a better than expected food program, not the other way around. The bar service was excellent. I ordered a Sazerac, and they served it with the absinthe on the side so you can add it to taste. That is a small detail, but it shows care and attention, and it made for a great drink. Service overall was friendly and prompt. Even though it is clearly a bar, it is also calm enough during certain hours that you could do some work or have a low key meeting. I would not try that during peak drinking hours. I am not sure of the exact hours, but it seems like more of a late day or evening spot than a lunch stop. If you are in the area and want a solid cocktail and a snack, High Dive is an easy pick.

The moment I realized there was nowhere to park in Harrisburg's awesome Midtown area, I knew I was in for a good time. That kind of energy usually means a place is worth the stop. From the old‑school neon sign outside to the throwback décor inside, the whole place felt like a blast from the past, almost like a little slice of Brooklyn tucked into Harrisburg. The crowd was lively but not overwhelming, with plenty of seating and someone ready to greet you right away. I was told that during the week there's usually no wait at all, which is a huge bonus. I asked the bartender to surprise me with a drink, and he delivered a gorgeous gin Frenchie with perfectly balanced foam and flavor. It was honestly one of the highlights of my visit. This spot is a true hidden gem and now holds a special place in my heart. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great drinks, great vibes, and a throw back atmosphere.

The parking lot is larger than expected when you 1st pull up. The food was consistently well made. The pasta dish and pizza are clearly made with attention to detail. My uncle is on a low sodium diet so he specifically asked for non salted fries. Which they did no problem. The in house brick-oven pizzas have that ideal crisp crust with high-quality toppings. I got the "charcuterpie" never had anything like that before! Service is another standout. The staff (on the younger side) is attentive and polite and patient without hovering. The price point for the food is very fair. It's a high quality culinary experience for a decent price.

The environment and accessibility was somewhat difficult but there is a steel incline at the entrance if using a wheelchair. We were taken to be seated all the way in the corner. When it hit 6 pm, it was hard to get out due to the excessive amount of tables, and wheelchair was not accessible after. My table was given an automatic gratuity charge, with a table of 5, but the policy states "Parties of 6 or more subject to 20% gratuity. A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card purchases." Overall the ambiance of the restaurant was good. The food was prepped nicely, my table ordered - Sodas, Caesar Salad, Bucatini Arrabiata with Chicken, shrimp scampi (GF), bucatini Delle Nonna, meatball trio, ravioli, and crab soup. 8/10 for taste, and presentation. I won't be coming back, but overall recommend just to try! If you are in the area. My server was pleasant overall too.

It does exist and it's even better than how one might imagine based on the menu. We were warmly welcomed and sat right away despite being a little early. We were at a table that was kind of awkwardly blocking a doorway and my friend had to keep moving when people went through. No big deal. Maybe just not the best spot for a table (maybe turn it sideways). Our server was amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable. Drinks - I had a grapefruit spritz mocktail and my friend had a red that he really liked. To start, we had the charcuterie and the tartare. Both excellent. The tartare was so fresh and light with a little pop of spice. I had the trout and my friend had the short rib gnocchi. I was so jealous of his glutinous gnocchi but the trout was excellent. I'm not a bean person but the beans were so flavorful I could not help but to eat them. And then there was dessert. The affogato was perfect. There were a few ice cream flavors to choose from and we selected butterscotch. Highly recommend. The semifreddo. Don't let the garlic scare you. It blends well with the rich chocolate and the bright, juicy pomegranate. Try it! It's like nothing I've ever tasted before. Our server let us know they have brunch which will definitely be happening in the near future. Overall, the most perfect dinner from start to finish.
