Sirloin is not a cut I would order if given options. Wish they had filet, T-bone and ribeye on the menu. Jan ordered the prime rib. It was nice and she enjoyed it. Texas Toast is served with the meal. It was nice to do something different. We enjoyed the meal. The hospitality was exceptional. The service very good. The prices are moderate.
