She started to call and would not leave until we had a plan. We had the resources we needed two hours later, but an agenda that my brother and I executed two days later. Fast-forward two weeks since that day, our mother is fighting S4 cancer, and her energy is where it was when she first started to fight years ago. I can't tell you how pleased I was with their service! It's always a drag to get fingerprinting done for jobs (not my first time having to do so) and when I say that they made this experience so easy and delightful, I mean it to the fullest. My appointment was for 11:30am and I went by when they opened at 10am and asked if they could take me early and they didn't hesitate! My ID gave them trouble with scanning, my fingerprints were reading error messages and my authorization code for payment wasn't working after a few tries. Through all the chaos, I never felt rushed or a burden! When taking my picture, the daughter, (I cannot believe I forgot her name. Ugh I feel horrible! btw: it's a family owned business by mother & daughter) well she tells me "look at the camera and I need you to look like you don't want to be here" and it made me smile more! lol it was so hard because I definitely wanted to be there!!!
