County Seat Spirits un Easton has been doing amazing curbside business during the shutdown. We thank them for this gem - sparkling elderflower vodka cocktail - in can!! Amazingly refreshing with subtle flavors. Hope that they continue collaboration and can more of this absolutely glorious drink. The Shooter McGavin was also a delightful mixed cocktail to go at a reasonable price. Two tiny hands way up to the sky #tinyhandsreviews

Current drink menu!! They're all really great!

Wow wow wow. Stopped in town to see a friend who highly recommended the place. NOW THIS IS A COCKTAIL SPOT. If you're a fan of a variety of unique cocktails, perfectly crafted, this is the place to go. Go before heading out to dinner or just to end a great night!! Being from the Philly area, I'd say these drinks were even better, and very well priced. In addition to the drinks, the distillery was very clean, plenty of seating, great atmosphere, and the bartenders were great! Can't wait to come back for their drinks. They also change their drink menus!!! Go go go! And buy a bottle of something before you go!

This place has some unique options including hot drinks that come out in a unique contraption. Makes it fun to order them. The mixed drinks were good. We came during bacon fest and tried a special quesadilla which was ok - a little too sweet to our liking.

A comforting ambiance; unique and diverse selections; our choices were a tad on the sweet side

This is a great place- the drinks are unique and delicious; the 'bites' are just the right size, and the atmosphere is casual and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

This place is the most comfortable bar in the Lehigh valley with some of the best and well made drinks I've ever had in my life. Their hand crafted, unique, and ever changing drinks fit everyone's palate no matter what you're in the mood for except anything boring.

Great little spot in the Easton Silk Mill for drinks and food. A wide variety of drinks that does not skimp on the alcohol.

I'd heard mixed reviews going in, but aside from the parking, there wasn't a single thing to complain about. I kicked things off with crispy chicken dumplings, perfectly fried and served with a sweet-and-salty soy yuzu sauce, along with rich, pillowy pumpkin gnocchi. For my entree, I went with the pasta of the day, fettuccine in a garlic-horseradish cream sauce with mushrooms, Swiss chard, and tender beef tips. My friend went with the savory short ribs, served alongside a golden Irish cheddar potato cake, roasted root vegetables, and crispy shallots. We wrapped things up with the salted caramel apple cheesecake and tiramisu for a sweet finish. Our server was attentive throughout our meal, and the hosts sent us off with a friendly farewell.

They never came to sit us when our table was ready, my husband had to get up and ask about our table. The rooftop setting is very nice but service was slow. The food was decent but I will say, our favorite part was the rooftop setting.

They all reflect some kind of ambivalent emotional response- vindictive even…read more We have been coming here since they opened, and frequented his prior establishment at the Silk Mill. Nowt a bad experience. The menu is appropriate to the wine. This is a Wine Bar- that is the focus. Jason, the proprietor knows his trade very well, and is not bashful to discuss it, his passion for it, and his history in said trade. Said passion runs thoroughly deep, and his wealth of knowledge may even supersede this. The monthly Wine Dinners showcase his unending search for lesser known, and often hard to find wines within the contiguous United States- Jason being an ex-pat Aussie. I've come to expect a bit of a story and charade with each dinner- and experience. I like that the sampled wines are all generally for sale. The food is usually paired very well, and executed as such. There do seem to be a regularly rotating staff, but that's irrelevant to the experiences. It's his show. Sometimes the portions can be a bit too large at the dinners, and that says a lot for the price- very fair. As for the restaurant proper, the portions are fine. His curated charcuterie board is spectacular, and local. The Bavarian aspect is appreciated quite well. I miss Zum Stammtisch in NY- now, that does not mean this is a German Restaurant, but there are enough influences and pop-up fare that ist es wunderbar! His schnitzels are always thin as paper, crispy as seashells, and delightfully tasty. We always have the German Fare when it's available, as it so often it. For a state populated by/with so many Germans, this is THE ONLY good true German food around. The overall decor is a bit dim (lighting) and old world European- this is not negative- I prefer this to modern settings. There is a 'secret' Narnia room which is reserved for parties of 12 or more. I quite like the concept- though have not used it- had the tour. Again, the wine list is incredibly extensive, and you can always find what you want. Ask. Then, visit the curated wine shop next door! Truly one of a kind. That's another review. Book the specialty dinners weeks in advance as they generally sell out, but pop on a standard night, as there are usually a few tables open. Sit at the bar and chat with the staff about the wines- it's an adventure.

While the food wasn't personally my favorite, a few dishes stood out--especially the Roman-style grilled artichoke, which had the perfect crispness, along with the lobster ravioli and the German apple cake, which was nicely balanced and not overly sweet. The flavors overall leaned earthy, which may just not be my personal preference, as my parents love this place and are regulars. I would definitely come back for wine and appetizers. The restaurant offers authentic German cuisine and is truly unique, with nothing else quite like it in the Lehigh Valley.

The fettucini Alfredo was okay, however, the chicken had a very strange texture: there were two pieces and one looked, tasted, and felt like chicken and the other piece was more like rubbery, gristly, I don't want to know what. I ordered a double chocolate milk stout (and pointed to what I wanted) but still ended up with a milk stout which is a draft. Eh. Another person got the same thing and her reaction was the same. I still felt hungry when we left and didn't really care for my food. Another person had chicken cacciatore and he said it was good but finished his meal before the guys who ordered fajitas got their sizzling meat. The experience overall wasn't unpleasant just not great. I would give 2 stars, some of my buddies would have given 4 so I'll give 3 and say your experience will depend on what you order.
