#eastonrestaurantweek2026 Another muggy, steamy day in downtown Easton for the bi-annual and hugely popular event where 25 restaurants cook up their best dishes for the public to explore. I parked on lower Ferry Street, where the concentration of my fave restaurants are located, noticed a young lady (Kadie) cleaning the front window and asked her if we could step inside and dine without a reservation. Inside, Aubrey, who was tending the bar, answered a few questions before we settled into the space. We decided to sit back near the kitchen where all the magic happens between Justin, Harrison and Tyler, who prepare and present creative ensembles of ingredients that always work together. Their 2026 restaurant week menu includes great choices but I decided on the beet fritters, the scallop Tikka Masala and the strawberry shortcake in a large glass. Amazing - the staff were friendly, the beer was great (and not overpriced at all), and you have such a wide variety of food to pick from! We went thinking we'd need an entire meal, and the portion size of the apps were insane. We left without even finishing both of the appetizers. Vault Brewing Company, a popular Bucks County craft brewery originally founded in Yardley, recently expanded with a second location on Ferry Street in downtown Easton. The brewpub is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday until 11:00 PM, and Sunday until 9:00 PM. My friend and I stopped in for the first time early Thursday evening. The space has a relaxed, modern vibe, and aside from a few people at the bar, we had the place to ourselves. We started with the wings, which are beer-brined for 24 hours. Hot and tender, coated in a tasty BBQ sauce, they were enjoyable, but could have used a bit more crisp. Next were the chicken nachos, made with corn tortilla chips topped with beer cheese fondue, chipotle aioli, mango pico de gallo, hibiscus pickled onion, and micro cilantro. The ingredients were fresh, well-proportioned, and evenly distributed. This is exactly how nachos should be done. For my main, I went with the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich, crispy chicken topped with hot honey, buttermilk ranch, and dill pickles. My friend went with the Vault Burger, cooked to a perfect medium and topped with caramelized onions, Vault sauce, dill pickles, cooper sharp, lettuce, and tomato. All handhelds come with a salad, but we upgraded to fries, which arrived fresh out the fryer. Everything we tried was solid, the service was on point, and there are plenty of dishes I still want to try. I'll be back. read more

The food here is excellent, we always do drinks and apps. Management is great here and even allowed us to taste a new beer they have coming out. As far as the way the place looks, it's small and open like your typical brewery. The upstairs banquet room is really nice though. read more

We went for dinner and ended up sharing a few small plates. The restaurant has an industrial look. It's comfortable and not too loud. Our server and the manager were very helpful and friendly. The background music was on point. We had winter salad, onion rings, calamari, and chicken nachos. The salad was excellent and large. The onion rings were delicious and enormous. The calamari is unique and delicious, with kumquat serving as the citrus element. The chicken nachos were good; the beer cheese is very beer-y. We've been to another Vault Brewing in different location,so knew what to expect and were excited for a guaranteed good beer-and this place didn't disappoint! Their IPA selection is top notch,so worth to return here numerous times just for beer alone. Service and order "delivery" were super quick,too-good industrial brewery vibes. Food was pretty good for a brewery,and really hot (straight outta kitchen). The only nuance was too much salt on the fries for our liking,and the burger bun wasn't toasted (i.e.cold), but we overall enjoyed our lunch and had a pleasant experience-would come back! read more

The brewery has an industrial vibe. The hostess and waiter were friendly. The manager checked on us as well. The burger was DELICIOUS. The Of Hops and Clouds was a great hazy. Interesting brewery in downtown Easton. Nice old decor inside at the bar but we sat outside on a warm afternoon. Beer flights were very good but the big surprise was the food which was amazing. The calamari especially was superb! Service was also very good, we bought a custom variety 4 pack to go and one of the stouts we weren't sure about as it wasn't a draft option and they opened a can just so we could try it - it was very good. read more

A new brewery that needs more hype around it. I believe their menu rotates; options have been different the two separate times we've visited, but we have yet to have a bad meal. The food tastes fresh and the drinks are absolutely awesome. The servers have always been super friendly - there's a younger man who works there with glasses that has been a memorable personality on both our visits. I wish I knew his name but he rocks. Highly recommend if you want a break from your usual Easton spots. read more

Service was excellent. Our server Genevieve - was super - she knew exactly when to pop in to check on us. We brought our puppy dog and the host was accommodating with our outdoor table selection so that we could enjoy our meal without him being distracted by dogs walking by. The tacos had a nice kick and the fries had a great crisp. Overall the place had an easy going classic brewery vibe. I can imagine it getting very busy on the weekends, but there was ample seating. A must try is their seasonal sweet potato ale. I had a flight with SPA, Zombie Stock, Dead Cat Bounce, and Bear Hug. Im honestly surprised i ended up walking away with all four cans. Cool vibe and look, I knew it was going to be a good meal as soon as I walked in. Our server was great. The drinks (Red Rider) were delicious. The app (Mushroom and pastry deliciousness w/ a dipping sauce) was one of the best apps I ever ate!!! ...and our meal was good (3 out of 5). The ragu was too reduced... the fish and chips batter was not done all the way through and the fish was not Cod which is a miss for me. Nice new brewery with solid food, both classics and creative options with a modern twist. Good variety of beers for every taste. I don't understand why breweries are so chill with kids, have generous kids menus and treat us so well when regular restaurants don't. Service was good, drinks were good, but the Vault Burger that me and my best friend used to come here for was completely changed along with the fries. The vault burger used to be one of the best burgers I've ever had and their fries were incredible, but today I was very disappointed. The burger resembled something you would get at the Blue Mountain Ski resort cafeteria along side with some soggy French fries. The bun used to be this amazing fresh sesame seeded bun with just an amazing flavored burger, but now is suited with a stale dry bun that falls apart in your fingers. Really amazing spot and I still definitely recommend, but I really hope they get that Vault Burger back to what it was. read more

Vault has some yummy food and some interesting freshly brewed options for beers. We specifically enjoyed the gnocchi and the calamari on our recent trip. We could give or take the buffalo cauliflower as it was really just hot - like cauliflower soaked in very hot buffalo sauce with some sour cream. Kind of bleh. The sourdough pretzel is OK. The fries were delicious but verrry salty. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor side patio. read more
