In terms of the ease or stress of not knowing how expensive the service may be, Sal was very clear in the explanation on what was needed and consistent with a first quote - both on the problem and the suggested fix. In terms of the cost, it was fair and Sal was conscious in providing the options. This allowed me to think and research the issue. My second visit was a similar experience and I felt compelled to share this in case it helps anyone make a decision when looking for fair and decent repair shop. He charged me when I brought my car in again almost $300 to replace my fuel pump and didn't let me know the costs before replacing it. I took my car to another mechanic and they said the fuel pump was not replaced but taken out and put back in. This place will overcharge you and use used parts to replace broken pieces of your car. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. I've came out of my pocket over $1,000 just for my car to still have all these problems.
