DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Engine light was on and had code read. Needed to replace a purge valve. Had it replaced, engine light went off. Two dats later light comes back on. Took it back in and they reset system. Two or three days pass lightbis back on. Take it back a third time and they now tell me its a full valve sensor. Yeah bullcrap as I checked the engine light code myself and it still says purge valve needs replacement. Place is a total fraud.... read more

My son's car needed fixing as we were leaving for college and had to get it fixed before we could get on the road. He also said he changed the plugs. WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE I had a check engine light on my vehicle. I had bought a code reader and determined the following code on my check engine light. P0740 OBD-II Trouble Code: Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfunction also the vehicle was shifting very hard. I brought my vehicle here for them to inspect my transmission and explained the code to them and asked them to check the torque converter, and to correct the problem as they came very highly recommended by a co-worker. They said, and I quote "Well will hook it up to our code reader and we'll get more info out of the 'sub-codes'". Well, I checked, there are no such thing and they were talking down to me. All they did was change my transmission fluid and my vehicle was all set. I still had problems after the service and the vehicle was *still* shifting very hard even though they say that they took it out for a test ride. Also the check engine light came on again with - you guessed it - P0740 OBD-II Trouble Code. I feel like they just gave me lip service, didn't address the actual issue with my vehicle, don't have the expertise to properly diagnose the problem and did the smallest possible job to correct the problem, charged me about $147.00 and counted on the possibility that I'll be going back to them when the check engine light comes on again to charge me more money. NOT GONNA HAPPEN. I've since re-evaluated the general nature of any opinion of the co-worker who recommended them too. BE ADVISED - TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK OF BEING SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! read more

I took my car here for the first time through a referral to get my water pump and thermostat replaced, next day I picked my car and noticed the engine light was on. I brought it back the following day and have them diagnosed the car and turned out it needs a new "camshaft sensor", on the same day, Frank replaced the sensor for free of charge and give me a free oil change.
