I tried this place recently and was extremely impressed with the customer service. I had a ton of items that required alterations and others that just needed cleaning. But I've also been helping my mom try to go through her closet and that has unearthed some other, decades-old challenges: some set-in stains, moth holes, and heaps more alterations. The kind couple at Courtesy Cleaners has patiently and professionally helped me navigate anything and everything I seem to bring them, all with a smile on their faces. And this, even when their cash register system went down for a few days and they had to keep records by hand. They really are the best! Oh, and then I found out that they also do SHOES and LEATHER! Well now, how handy is that? So on my last visit, I brought them a vintage pair of my grandmother's adorable mules that needed repair and cleaning. I'm excited to see how those turn out. read more

Dropped off my dress and my husbands suit and when I came back to pick it up 3 business days after it was promised, I saw my dress had a lot of snags on it that were not there and the food stain was left with a bigger water mark. Her excuse was the fabric snags easily and there wasn't anything she can do and it's known but I asked her why she didn't disclose that to be as it's a $395 Ted baker dress. She continued to be unapologetic saying all she can do is clean the water marks which is why the dress was taken there. Not only will I not return but as a business owner, you should be empathetic when you ruin a customers garment. I also asked why the stain on my dress wasn't checked after it was done and she had another excuse that they were closed for 3 days for a holiday but my promised date is the 1st and I picked up on the 6th. Don't trust your nice clothing here. I only had this dress for 10 days and it's ruined. read more

For years I've had a bag full of pants that I've been needing to get altered in the waist but didn't know of a place that did alterations at a reasonable price until I came across Courtesy Cleaners. Becky, the owner, is the sweetest soul you'll ever meet. She did an amazing job adjusting my pants for me and made sure I was happy with the fit. After the first alteration, i needed a couple pairs to be taken in a little more and she was happy to redo them for me. Now I have a place I'll be bringing all my clothes to if needed! I'm a strong believer in supporting your local businesses , specially when they do a good job. This dry cleaning business does a PHENOMENAL job. Customer service is 5 star and the quality of the cleaning is 5 star. The way the clothes come back to me are better than when I first bought it. I've been able to maintain and wear my clothes longer because of Courtesy Cleaners. I also had some minor work done with a pair of pants that had a cigarette burn and I was super impressed with the way they fixed it. I thought maybe the pants would be done, but when I got them back I couldn't even find the original burn. Overall you won't go wrong with taking your clothes to them. So very thankful and over 100% satisfied with services! I was in a bind. Had to get a formal gown dry cleaned, taken in and fixed (slip tear) by Thursday evening. Brought it in Monday when they first opened and they had it ready by Wednesday evening! Life saver! I also took in some dress shirts and a suit same day to get dry cleaned and that was ready as well! I bought a new flowy, deep V-neck jumpsuit, but it was very long and the bust area was loose on me. So I decided to bring it in to get hemmed, dry cleaned, and fixed around the bust area. The woman who helped me was super helpful and very pleasant to talk to. She took her time in measuring and she said she would put a pin the bust area. A few days later, I picked it up. She advised me that she didn't pin it down, but instead sewed it because it worked better. I asked if I can pay her for the additional work she did, but she declined. I immediately tried it on when I got home and I was super happy. The bust area was perfect, I'm so glad she did what she did and made it fit beautifully!
