5-star stay in every right. What made my stay exceptional earning this rating was the customer service. From emails asking if I wanted my room cleaned after I missed normal housekeeping hours due to do not disturb sign up, phone calls ensuring issues were resolved and staff who went above and beyond - I would stay here 10 times over. This location was ideal due to a convention at Javits Center - just a short walk away. I loved my room and was very comfortable my whole stay. I did have an issue with my room. Tony, a manager, quickly sent maintenance up and submitted a room change. I am very pleased with my stay and how I was treated by staff.

Courtyard Midtown West was nice and clean, with a great location. Near the train station, Hudson Yards, and midtown Manhattan. We could see The Edge from our window. The shower pressure was strong and the bathroom was spacious however the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Some of the staff members were nice but others were rude and seemed bothered. The lobby and hotel interior is gorgeous. I was disappointed that the hotel didn't have complimentary water, every hotel I stayed at in NYC has given me water. Luckily there is a bodega around the corner from the hotel that has drinks, snacks, and sandwiches.

The Marriott hotels for the most part are great establishments this one in Manhattan I like very much. First of all they take dogs my dog Zev loved this residence lol. The location is fabulous it's near the Hudson Yards which is a fun environment. The room was nice great with an amazing view beautiful nyc the big apple. The king size bed was comfortable with the best pillows Zev approved lol

Great stay here. The location is central to attractions and public transit. I would stay here again. Next time, I'll request a higher floor to get a better view. I liked that it wasn't in busy Times Square! The room was comfy and not too small. The bathroom was clean. The rate was very affordable. I'm a Marriott member, so I'll be getting some points. Woot! My college bestie and I chose this place for our Cinco de Mayo weekend. This was our first visit to New York since covid. After reading the reviews on Yelp, we decided this was perfect for us, and I booked it right away. I requested an early check-in, and although it's not guaranteed, I got a text at 1:30 letting me know that my keys were ready for me. There's complimentary WiFi. Ice machines are on the odd floors. A restaurant was on the lower level. I didn't get a chance to check it out. It's a short Uber ride to Penn Station. I actually walked - 10 minutes! Hudson Yards is a block away. We got to go the Edfe observatory. Worth it if you're ever in this area! I checked in with Tristin. She was professional, but she could have been a bit more warm and engaging. She didn't even ask if I was a member. I had to bring it up. My encounter with Leyane was better. I had accidentally deactivated my room keys, and she was so helpful. Note - do not put those room keys near your electronic devices! Again, it's a great hotel choice!

Sheets stained with what looked like bodily fluids. Front desk offered to have them changed."Houseman" Jose' was sent by front desk to change sheets but said, "it wasn't his job to change sheets and he doesn't do that." upon arrival. We were moved to a different room to wake up to our TV magically turning on to welcome a "Monique" (whoever the hell that is)to our new room. We called to the front desk to ensure they hadn't double booked the room because that would be a security concern. I was told it "glitch".

I was very impressed with my stay here! It's in a safe location, right next to Hudson Yards. It's also super close to the Lincoln tunnel, which makes it easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel honored my silver status and allowed us to check in early and check out late. We got 2 hotel rooms. One was bigger than the other. The bigger room had a lot of extra space on the sink counter and the shower had a glass door. It also had a large sofa to relax in. The smaller room didn't have the extra bathroom counter space and had a bath tub/shower combo with a shower curtain. I'm glad I stayed in the bigger room because the extra space made it a lot less claustrophobic. Everything seemed clean and I appreciated the slippers and robe. Made the hotel feel much more luxurious. My only complaint is the mini fridge sucked! It's impossible to store food in the room because the fridge only stays on for 2 hours at a time. You have to turn it on every two hours, to prevent the fridge from going into low power / not cool mode. Annoying. I'd consider coming back here on my next trip to nyc, if I am sure I won't need to put food in the fridge. Or if they resolve the mini fridge issue.

Nice place, hard to get a reasonably priced Hotel in Manhattan, but I would stay here again for sure. Staff was friendly rooms were clean. Valet parking, close to great restaurants

Amazing amazing property!! This hotel just recently opened up in NYC. Not only is it beautiful and modern but it has the perfect location. Penn Station and other midtown staples are super close by! Shout out to DK at the front desk who was very professional and courteous during check in and check out. He was also extremely friendly and charming. The hotel itself is super clean and elegant. Our room was gorgeous and even had a fridge inside. The shower was also amazing! The entire stay at this hotel will have you feeling like you are living in some fancy executive suite. No doubt in my mind I would stay there again! The only downside is that there is no free breakfast included. I really would have loved a complimentary breakfast the next day, but nonetheless this beautiful hotel is definitely a winner in my book!

Excellent experience, had a room on 24th floor SW facing corner. Very sunny, gorgeous view to developing Hudson yards area. Room is very spacious and daily cleaning which willing to work with your schedule. Unfortunately I forgot my iPhone charger and front desk didn't have one to spare. Otherwise will definitely stay again

For this Marriott the location is excellent if you are going to watch a show on Broadway. Very convenient for the play and also get a subway to anywhere else you have to go. The rooms are generally very nice and this hotel also has everything connected and controlled through a tablet which is very appealing to me. They also have a nice bar right in the hotel that is open till late. The only downside is the size. Now hotels in major cities like this like New York or Tokyo are small and pricey. Two things that can sort of negatively affect your opinion but considering they are all like that in the area, you have to compare accordingly. The only real downside for me is that the toilet is literally next to to the shower to the point that you could shower while using the toilet (I took a picture of my hand holding the shower handle on top of the toilet seat as a joke) and the sink is outside to wash your hands after using the restroom. I feel that they could have done a better design for this to avoid it. It didn't appeal to me and it's the only thing keeping me from giving this hotel 5 stars. I will probably stay here again when I go to watch another play.

You enter on the first floor, but the lobby is on the sixth floor. I was having flashbacks to Tokyo... There are four elevators, and when I checked in, the place was packed. Some event must have been going on because getting an elevator was an adventure (a sad one). It didn't help that everyone had to take an elevator just to reach the lobby, then another to get to their room. Fortunately, I was only on the ninth floor...so I got my steps in. The room itself was mostly ok. One thing I really didn't like was the air conditioning. It wouldn't cool below 68 degrees. I despise hotels that throttle the A/C. I'd get warm, the air would finally kick on, I'd be comfortable for about ten minutes...then the cycle would repeat all night. Another thing that caught me off guard was the ceiling. Maybe they're going for an industrial look, but it was basically unfinished concrete. Other than those complaints, everything else in the room was perfectly acceptable, and for a one night stay, it did the job.
