I ordered a pizza at 10:34 and got a notification the pizza was on the way at 10:44 the driver arrived to my house a few minutes after that. The pizza was under cooked. A big waste of time and money..I called to speak to a manager only for him to make excuses about the notification system not being accurate. I been to this place several times each time I go I never see anyone wearing a mask. I see them wearing it down under there chin or not at all. I odered a mushroom hoagie recently. I didn't finish it. It came with all the burnt cheese from the oven all over it and little if none mushroom gravy. It will be awhile before I order from them again . I called to tell them it had no gravy. The guy that answered. Let me know I was wrong. Because he made my sandwich. And he knows he put it on there. This is place is pretty good. They have great specials and they deliver at 4am. You cannot beat that if you have been out all night.

I must say they have the best wings (delivery) but the worst service I have ever experienced.

This place is awesome. They are a local pizza place that all the college students in Dayton order from. They have a famous deal called "the big ten" usually that's what people get. They more recently changed up their muni to include some interesting pizzas that most places don't make. Really everyone knows them because of their unique cups. Instead of selling 2 liters of soda, they give out plastic cups of soda. I couldn't tell you how many people houses I've been to and have seen these cups in their kitchen. So I figured I would share what has developed into a terrible customer experience. Last night at 12:30am, I placed an order at this store. The Manager at the time advised me that the order was going to take approximately 45 minutes to an 1 hour due to the weather. I had no issue with this and proceeded to place the order. At 1:20am, I called the store to check on the order and was advised by the Manager that the order I had placed was probably going to be another 10 minutes in getting to me. At 2:00am, I left my house, which is approximately 2.6 miles from this store and drove to the store. When I arrived at the store at 2:06am, my wife, called me and advised me that the order had just arrived at my house. I went inside the store to speak to the Manager and to find out what exactly went wrong with my order. While talking with the Manager, he deflected every sort of reason for my order being late, only to say that he would NOT charge my credit card. When I told him that I had missed out on dinner, the Manager then says to me, "well at least you'll have breakfast." At this point, I was upset, so I left the store and returned home. I returned to the store at 10:40am and spoke with the Store Manager who after explaining everything that had happened, apologized, then advises me that he would make the entire experience up to and that he would see to it that I would receive a refund on my order and that he would personally call me this afternoon and that he would take care of everything. So you ask, why am I writing this post? Well to begin with, the refund has NOT been put back on my card, and the Store Manager never called me to work things out. So, I am informing potential customers of this store's poor customer service, and their failure to communicate with customers like myself who spend their money and get the poor product that was delivered. By what was delivered, 1/8 of the pizza was missing toppings, it's extremely misshapen and very unevenly cut, not to mention, when it did finally arrive, this product was cold, along with the cold bread sticks and congealed nacho cheese sauce. Lesson learned. The store service was terrible, the Management there obviously cares nothing for their customers, and truly, it's my opinion that there are better pizza places out there to spend your money on. Way to go Cousin Vinny's, EPIC FAILURE. read more

Best pizza I've had. Fresh ingredients and a great crust!

They never get my order right. I ask for extra sauce and they barely put any on there, they did however send me another pizza with extra EXTRA sauce but I had to call and ask for it. If they would have done it right the first time I would have been ok with it. They always take forever to deliver and many of times I have gotten cold food. First impression to me is everything and I welcomed by a friend employee named Trey he was very helpful and know his facts about the pizza. I ordered the "Lunch Box" I got a cheese pizza with a drink and 2 bread sticks with a sauce of your choice. The breadstick are very good I got the marinara and it was a good sauce just wish it was served warm. The pizza is okay for $5 I can't complain the dough is really good. The cheese was a little weird but that's because it's comes of all in one bite so I felt like I just had to much. This place has lots of specials and the prices are great. We fed the whole family for$20. The pizza was not bad but certainly not great either. While there is seating this is definitely not made for dining in. They didn't have utensils and when we asked for plates all they could offer was the cardboard they put in their boxes. i just got off the phone with the worst employee ever. all i wanted was a cheese pizza and cinna sticks and she gave me so much unnecessary attitude. she ruined my experience and my opinion on cousin vinny's. in the past i've talked to very kind men and they took my order with a spring in their step but this girl was the complete opposite and i truly don't appreciate it. your food is very good but all i want is pizza not attitude on the side. read more
