I got a lehenga last minute from a friend for a wedding and the blouse ended up being way too big. It was a deep V and was so big it was really unwearable. I didn't have much hope that I would get to wear it but they were able to alter it to close the deep V to make it more appropriate and made it fit perfect and did it all in less than 24 hours. I think they ended up having to take off 3 inches of fabric. I could not be more impressed. I believe at most places, you get what you pay for and was expecting this to be quite pricey but the fee was more than fair for all the work she did and how fast they were able to get it back to me. I went to Neha to get a "mother of the bride" outfit for a non-traditional wedding, with a vague idea of what I was looking for. Highly recommend Neha for your Indian alterations needs. They specialize in bridal, however she kindly took me in days before a wedding I would be a bridesmaid in. She helped me remove can can and alter two blouses I purchased online. The blouses were huge on me and just didn't fit quite right. Neha is incredible! My bridal lengha was a Sabyasachi I got from India and we estimate the skirt was close to 40 lbs. Neha was able to very carefully and patiently over several trial appointments get the skirt to the perfect length and weight so I could actually enjoy my reception!!
