I should've been more diligent in checking the clothes the next time before I left but the recent set of clothes I picked up I inspected when I got home and looked untouched, in their original state and then I noticed the tag reading "needs sewing" was still on my dress strapped and unfixed. It wouldn't be that annoying since it really is my own fault but I gave the woman an extra week to fix it after she told me she was unable to do it in the original allotted time. I really should've checked in store before I left so it's mostly on me and they were a nice enough staff, just be careful before you pay. Either way, I paid full price for all of this and it wasn't cheap so I'm annoyed since I'll have to pay for them again to get done somewhere else properly.

I was told she was surprised I came so early and had planned to call to ask for more time. This was very disappointing--if the work wasn't going to be ready, I should have been notified in advance, not on the day of pickup. She complained that I came too early in the day. I gave her my clothes over a week ago and she said to come back the following Saturday, not specifying any time. Due to the situation, I requested all of my items back before any work was done. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected. I'm going elsewhere.
