Came in and asked to have them SOAK off my acrylic nails because they would not come off myself (i always take my own nails off). As soon as I sat down the nail tech, Mia, started making faces at my nails, which is already unprofessional but I ignored it. She then proceeds to grab a nail tip and shove it under each nail ripping the acrylic off. When she started taking the last pinky nail off it started ripping the MIDDLE of my nail completely off so it's just exposed skin. When i told her it was hurting a lot because she's ripping my actual nail off she just waved me off and continued to rip my nail off as i was wincing in pain. After that whole monstrosity of a process she sprays the open wounded nail with first alcohol spray and then nail polish remover. I paid the 15$ charge after she finished and went to go check on my mom when the nail tech comes up behind me asking where her tip was. Like girl you just did everything i asked you NOT to do. Safe to say I will not be coming back and you should not come here to have your nails safely removed.

Hands down best nail place I have ever been to. The vibe was great and the staff was beyond helpful and kind. I showed Jennifer what design I was thinking of for my bridal shower and she absolutely crushed it. I 10000000000000000% recommend this nail place and I can't wait to see what they do next on my nails.

I posted my review on Google but of course I need to post it on here as well since I know a…read moremajority look on yelp too :) EVERYONE should drop what they're doing and go to this nail salon and spa. Where do I begin!!!! I was greeted nicely and barely waited and I didn't have an appointment. I got extremely lucky with the most perfect and funny nail technician I have ever had. Her name is Delilah. Truthfully she needs to be the head nail technician there (even though I haven't had anyone else) she really sealed my experience. I will never go anywhere else going forward nor use anyone else. The main thing amongst others was that she was SO knowledgeable and patient with me about the different services they had and that she made it clear the choice was mine (did not push any expensive options on me like most nail salons do). Thank you so much for having her apart of your staff and for being so close to my job where I could even go on my lunch break or right after work. Oh and her work by the way is so clean and neat as you can tell by the photo. I will be telling and insisting everyone I know go to this salon and use Delilah specifically. For a regular polish pedicure I spent $35 and for a regular gel manicure I spent $30 I believe since my total was $65 plus a $20 tip (I decided she deserved this much because of how good a job she did) Price $60-80 Services Pedicure, Gel manicures Cleanliness Beyond amazing Stylist Delilah

Nail polish for my 10-year-old daughter is a rare treat, we've only done it a handful of times, and…read morethis was our third visit to Pacfe. Unfortunately, we've consistently found the quality of the products to be below standard. Within 2-3 days of each visit, her manicure and pedicure were already chipped and needed to be removed. This hasn't been our experience at other nail salons. We returned today purely for convenience since we were already at the shopping center and didn't have time to go elsewhere, especially with my daughter's musical tomorrow. The total came to $50, which felt a bit high, though we accepted it because she chose to add a 10-minute foot massage. However, the service itself was also lacking. My daughter typically receives three coats of clear polish (two base coats, the white tip, and a final top coat), but today she only received two clear coats, which likely contributed to the poor durability. At checkout, I paid by credit card and was charged a $2 merchant fee. I also left a $5 tip on the card since I didn't have cash. The staff member processing the payment pointed out that they "expect" at least an 18% tip and indicated an amount closer to $10 on the receipt. I want to be clear, I'm not against tipping. I regularly tip, and I'm happy to tip generously when the service is exceptional. However, tipping should remain voluntary, not pressured or expected. If a certain percentage is required, it should simply be built into the pricing to avoid uncomfortable situations. This was our third and last visit to Pacfe. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would return to or recommend.

My nieces have been dying to get their nails done with me and although I already am sporting a new set from my girl, I decided to grab a pedicure with them. The salon was able to fit us all in and was super patient with my nieces. Especially when the older one couldn't make up her mind between a pedicure and manicure. The salon and services itself were great. Nice and clean. The color selection looked solid and they several design offerings displayed. Now I have to get butterflies my next manicure. The pedicure itself, although basic and was perfect. I also got my eyebrows done and both ran me $35. Not too bad at all! I would totally visit with my sister and nieces again for both services. Both were well done.

I had a great experience here !…read more I was in need of a pedicure. I used Yelp to see what was in the area. This salon popped up and after reading some reviews I decided on going. I got there right after opening. It's a big and open salon and it's very clean. I was taken right away. From the moment I sat in the chair I was very comfortable! I decided to treat myself to a spa pedicure instead of a regular one. After looking over their spa options, I went with a cucumber pedicure. The smell of cucumber was relaxing and fresh. The nail tech that did my pedicure was wonderful. Continued to ask if the water temperature was okay and even asked if I liked the color on my toenails after she applied it to one toe. Very considerate! I would definitely return to this nail salon when I'm in need!
