Their sales technicians are not well educated on what the company can do and will promise anything to get the sale and a contract signed. They've done a great job with spider control and will come out extra times, if needed. But I've struggled with them making any sort of dent in our vole problem. But I had another company before them that also struggled with coming up with a solution as well. Fenix will at least try and experiment and do what they can. It just hasn't worked yet.... I continued to have bugs despite receiving service, which was frustrating enough considering I was paying for professional pest control. The cancellation process has been even more frustrating. After moving to an apartment, I was told that Fenix offers a courtesy account closure if I could provide documentation showing that my new property has routine pest-control coverage. I provided my lease and was told it wasn't sufficient. I was then specifically told in writing to provide "documented proof of routine pest control coverage at your property." So I contacted my apartment management and obtained a signed letter from the leasing supervisor stating that the apartment complex contracts with Springer Pest Control for routine pest-control services. Instead of accepting that documentation, I was then told they needed additional verification that my specific unit is covered. Now I have to go back to my apartment management again and ask them to revise the documentation. What bothers me most is that these requirements could have been clearly explained from the beginning. Had I initially been told exactly what the documentation needed to say, I could have requested it once instead of repeatedly going back to my property manager. Meanwhile, I have also been told that I may be billed a $369 cancellation fee if the matter isn't resolved. Between pest treatments that did not eliminate my bug problem and a cancellation process that has required multiple rounds of documentation, this has been an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to read the cancellation provisions carefully and ask for any cancellation exceptions or documentation requirements in writing before signing up.

Well the joys of owning a house. I love our home, I love that there is nature around it. It stinks…read morewhen the nature, aka a ground hog wants to make his home under your home! So the first thing we did was buy a humane trap to see if we could catch him and then release him! Well we caught our Neighbors cat, and a raccoon, both solid catches, but the ground hog still was laughing in our face, so we hired Critter Control to humanely catch him. Wade from Critter Control gave us some tips, and set out some humane traps, he was great about working with our schedules and came back to check traps often and came right away once we had caught...... wait for it... a possum! Oh well we think our ground hog is gone, and we have sealed up his former home, but if he comes back it's nice to know we can call Wade and he can humanely catch something!
